  • Prosecutors called their last expert witness back up to the stand Tuesday afternoon in Alex Murdaugh’s trial. Dr. Kenneth Kinsey, a crime scene investigator, testified about the defense’s two shooters theory presented during their case. “I cannot include or disclude two shooters,” Dr. Kinsey said explaining that the defense can’t make these claims either.

      I believe Alex was sitting in the 4-wheeler when he shot both of them. Pulled the shotgun from under his blue poncho and shot poor Paul first and pulled out the other gun and shot his wife. Remember that Alex is a long time hunter and I'm sure knows how to handle a gun and shoot quickly. Plus there were tread marks on Maggie's leg, which I believe was from the 4-wheeler.

    • @PresleysMom504
      @PresleysMom504 2 месяца назад

      @@deethegardengirlI think he rounded the side of the feed room, crouched. I think Maggie was either in the 4x4 on her phone or in the hanger. He was squatting but on his feet and shot Paul who was fooling on his phone. I believe there was yelling and I think Alex was hysterical during this but also very determined. Paul took 1-2 steps, Alex advanced and shot again while he was standing up (possible also that he was holding the gun low to hide it in the jacket), he leans the gun on the outside of the door then grabbed his second gun which was set up on the side and as Maggie is coming towards the shots (and other noise), he gets her in the leg to stop her-I think it was a hesitation shot and a shot to stop her from moving, she goes down on all fours or whatever, likely grabbing her side headed down with her shoulder folding and he keeps going. He finally goes behind and does the second kill shot as she’s going flat on the ground. Jacket comes off, wraps both guns in it and I think he took the 4x4 back to the house quickly and accidentally ran over her in his haste. Strips totally naked outside (maybe keeps his drawers on) and goes inside to shower and change asap.
      The whole load of evidence goes in the car and he hides it in the parent’s driveway/outside area before going into the house. I believe he called his brother for help disposing of this stuff (see: four wheeler ride) but that he brought some of it inside (maybe the guns, maybe just the jacket) and tossed the items that were never found. Maybe burned the clothes. Guns were in the woods and removed later.

AM is always calculated. A criminal mind, looking for opportunity and with the means. Had housekeeper tidy up, she should have known netter, she had been in law enforcement. Local police should have cordoned off the whole estate as a crime scene. Something dead about AM in his heart, so only left with a brutal strategic hot mess of a brain. I wonder if it will make some feel easier about voting NG against their conscience because they don’t have to worry he’ll be a danger on their streets.
      But alternatively it may make some people vote guilty if they are pretty sure he did it but might not be beyond a reasonable doubt. After all…even if they are wrong the harm is minimal because he was never going to breath another free breath. It’s not like they are denying a free man his liberty. Honestly…even I, as a lay person, was like…how can you possibly say what you are saying to a reasonable degree of scientific certainty? You seem to be giving a theory Will some conviction that you probably shouldn’t be so certain of.
      The defence didn’t have to provide a description of how they were killed. But they CHOSE to put someone ridiculous on the stand to talk about a 5’2” assailant. But even as he was describing it…I was like you don’t know anything about the position of the assailant. People can crouch and kneel. In fact they will commonly kneel to steady their aim. They can trip, they can fall.
      And you are expecting me to believe that a brain was shot at point blank and was left mostly intact as it left the skull in the direction OF the blast to land behind the assailant?
      That doesn’t make sense to me. I would have laughed in the face of the prosecution if they tried to proposed such a specific theory. And the defence, rightly, would have torn it apart.
      I feel like the defence has been trying to prove that it COULDN’T have been him physically because they have to admit that it realistically was him practically. I think the prosecution struggles with everything beyond the fact that he was the only one with access to the means and the opportunity. Those are the strong parts of their case…but the more the defence tries to make it seem IMPOSSIBLE that it could have been him…the less I believe them in ANYTHING they say…even the strong points. And the defence have barely touched the means and opportunity.

    Did you notice that Alex is guiding and telling his lawyers what to say/ask cross examination. Apparently he knows more than what he is leting us know.

      Yes I noticed. Moreover:they are still talking in details about how Paul was shot and AM doesn’t cry anymore, he makes notes and talks to his lawyer. He is over his fake grief! He is so guilty

    It doesn't make sense for the shooter to walk into the room and shoot from behind. His footprints would have been on the blood spots that were in that room. He said that this door is WIDER. did you see how they both struggled to squeeze into that doorway that's WIDER than the feed room door?

    • @zeballos5757

      Did they not say Paul stumbled forward? Which would mean out of the room. Also it’s possible the Alex did not want to see Paul’s face when he finished him off.

    • @MKM508

      Agreed. Why would the shooter take the time to walk past Paul and turn around, after already shooting him from the front, and then shoot him in the back of the head? It would be a time waster for the shooter.

    • @bacardi4417
      @bacardi4417 Год назад +1

      @Zeballos he said the shooter was inside the feeding room and demonstrated that he slid in beside Paul as he was falling to explain the awkward upwards shot. But he wouldn't have fit let alone shoot him while doing so
