How was it Wings in their day never got the respect they really, really deserved? This is actually a spot-on perfect 70s band, talented as can be, but so much more organic and fun than Steely Dan or Fleetwood Mac. Yeah, go Wings!

Wings got my respect. I bought almost all of their albums in the '70s. I don't know if there's ever been another musical artist whom fans waited excitedly for their next release.

Paul's live performance in the 70s whether it be early wings, wings over America era, or here near the end of wings is some of the best live playing/singing combo you'll ever see off of any musician ever...bass playing and singing is much different than guitar playing and singing.
Seems strange to think that John Lennon was still in the world at this point.

I was at the concert on 24th November 1979 with my girlfriend and another friend......we are all from Doncaster South Yorkshire.....I've still got my ticket, it was £5.50p and was the second night of a three night run from 23rd through to 25th November at Liverpool's Royal Court Theatre....I was amazed when they opened up with Got To Get You Into My Life
