I suppose, but keep in mind that MOST performing bands do it that way. Most musicians are not at the world tour level with Apple computers and Auto-Tune running the show. I was 10 when they did this. It was a great time to be young for sure. Eric had one of the greatest voices, hard to believe it came out of one so young, just a great band and looked real smart and bad ass. We were spoiled then and never realised it, another great voice around that time was Stevie Winwood who was in the Spencer Davis group and then Traffic.
I remember rushing to be in front of the TV to watch Ed Sullivan. I thought most of the adults on the show were a little weird but the musical guests were often the best ever. I recall my 9 year old self watching this. i had to do extra chores to get permission for some. my mother would use permission to watch as a discipline measure.
For 1964--65, the Animals were a rare phenomenon in the British invasion wave, with their gritty yet listenable tunes, each one conveying a theme, from their hometown of Newcastle--Upon--Tyne, in northeastern England. Their music still holds up nearly 60 years later, a product of a more idealistic and optimistic era. A brilliant performance all around! Thanks for posting this video! 😁😎😸❤💖💙💛💚💜🎸🎸🎸🎸🥁🥁🥁🥁🇬🇧🇬🇧🐨🐨👍👍

This sounds much better than all studio edits/autotune garbage. Absolutely phenomenal display of talent.
Its warm and was made passion
One of the greatest Songs ever created and perfectly sung by the creators, "The Animals"
Love this song. Reminds me of me.
Creature Commandos ♥︎
00:38 Chas Chandler the bass player who discovered Jimi Hendrix, taking him to London England to make him a rock star, being his first manager and producer of his first two albums, if it wasn't for Chas Chandler we would never have heard Jimi Hendrix.. ....
That was in a club in NY, right?
Hello from Berlin, Germany - I love this man and his band so much 😍
great audio and visual...wonderful that Sullivan captured these artists on film for people to enjoy...video treasures
Pretty sure that was recorded on videotape, not film.
Glad for the video and song
I was 10 when they did this. It was a great time to be young for sure. Eric had one of the greatest voices, hard to believe it came out of one so young, just a great band and looked real smart and bad ass. We were spoiled then and never realised it, another great voice around that time was Stevie Winwood who was in the Spencer Davis group and then Traffic.
Happy 82nd birthday to Eric
One of the greatest bands of the 60s' , Rock when it was young was so clean and pure !
How many of us can relate? Great song.
Ed Sullivan was the first opportunity to see so many performances
Yes first with Beetles, Rolling Stones etc
I remember rushing to be in front of the TV to watch Ed Sullivan. I thought most of the adults on the show were a little weird but the musical guests were often the best ever. I recall my 9 year old self watching this. i had to do extra chores to get permission for some. my mother would use permission to watch as a discipline measure.
Same with staying up to watch the second have of Red Skelton. For some reason, the second half was always best and worth being on good behavior for.
This is the coolest band that ever existed
the Animalsも原曲も全く知らないでカラオケで歌ったりしたんだけど、語りかけるような歌がとても伝わってくるような傑作曲ですね。
Greatest rock band ever.
Ну ребят, это просто ох__нно! Западная Сибирь на связи)

Ragazzi così semplici nei modi e nell'abbigliamento!!! Ma superlativi nella musica!!!!!!!!
