I should have known from the last cardio kickboxing workout that this would be fun but intense. I love the shorter 10 second break. I used weights and definitely got sweaty! Heather, thanks for all the fun variety and also, thank you for not editing out the places where you're not perfect. It gives me hope lol! ❤️
