Start in about a week and I hope my dsp is a good one 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 also I hope I can sustain it and this was very encouraging for me since there are a lot of people with negative outlook to this job and have quit and so to see this perspective is truly inspiring and motivating thank you and I appreciate the work that you do. Stay hard 🫡💪🏽. Also a bit nervous to start close to peak season but I hope they won’t be pressuring me too much for starting in a city a don’t know very well and not having much experience with delivery with Amazon so praying to God it all works out in the end.

I'm loving it four months in! I have a great DSP. Las Vegas can be challenging in some areas with traffic but you just have to remember that part is out of your control, if you run into problems just reach out to your dispatcher.
Very important you look through your itinerary and do your businesses and apartment complexes first!
Biggest challenge for me is the group stops (which can be a little messy at times) but I've found that's a good time to slow down, and sometimes the lockers can malfunction but all you can do is report them to the locker company.

Asking me why don’t I know how to do this and that. Well it could been easy to give up and quit but that’s not me. It my responsibility to learn how to be better not theirs. He makes good sense on some of what he has to say. Different parts of the country do have different cost of living. I live in one of the wealthy counties in my state. Rents are $1,300 per month. That's single bedroom.
Different DSP's handle there pay differently. Some pay you for performance (per package) based on if the "team" doesn't have more then 10% delivering infractions based on 100 routes. Backups rescues are bullshit. The only one making money is the DSP. Well mine is that is. They work real hard not to let drivers go over 40 hrs.

I'm here for this video. About to start my right seat ride tomorrow. I have a background of retired 14 year military, and 4 years working with FEDEX. I love the delivery field but I'm not new to it just new to how Amazon operates and I'm there to learn the ropes and transfer my abilities I gained through delivering for FEDEX over to Amazon. The thing that irritated me was I just watched a video yesterday by a content creator trying to tell people why you shouldn't work for Amazon but this lazy bum QUIT HIS FIRST DAY.... 👀🤦🏿‍♂👎🏿🤦🏾‍♂🤔🤨😐.... mufuh what!?.... You mean to tell me you literally quit your FIRST freaking day but think you have the audacity to come on RUclips and try to convince others why you shouldn't be working at Amazon when his delusional tail didn't even TRY!!?? So, yeah from here on out after watching that and seeing others similar I've come to the conclusion that anyone who quits a job like this (it could be FEDEX, UPS, DHL, or any of the others too) outside of those that literally try it but are physically broken health wise after; you're either lazy asf or you're not necessarily lazy, you just can't simply handle the grind it takes to do it. I'm sorry, that;s my opinion but I just had to say it because seeing all those other videos like that really irritates me and just shows me that there are a lot of people looking for the easy way out of building good work ethic.
