Also I find quickest why to put packages in "order" per tote.. esp if you have shelf space.
Boxes in number order, peel the driver sticker off and place it so it is facing you.
Instead taking time to numerical order the envelopes, just put them in piles of, for example : day yer in the 200s.
    So piles of 200-210, 200 teens, 200 20s. Etc.
Your eye works quicker than you give credit.
This works esp great when in a rental van and you can toss contents of a tote into the passenger seat. (Boxes on seat numbers facing you, envelopes on the floor between the seats)

Amazon should just have you guys wheel the whole cart onto truck and have special latches that lock the cart into place. Why have that unnecessary step when Amazon is so advanced in every other area, may be you should leave feedback or an idea with human resources. It's something that is reasonable to do , it may need specific styles of mobile shelving carts but it's possible.

Joseph big up yuh self as a fellow Jamaican! We work hard no matter where we go you represent us well. With two years of experience with Amazon I think that you should join UPS, USPS, or Fedex. At least with these companies you get good benefits, better pay, and are part of a union. Amazon is no good, they have you overworking for little pay and no job security. And I know for a fact that with Fedex they give you your own route, so you deliver parcels in one area and not all over the city. Good luck!

That is messed up that you gotta waste all that time over one package, like seriously, they need to sort their act out about the whole undeliverable thing because thats Redonculous the time being wasted, they should literally have a big basket in the back of the van and if you run into problems like that, then those packages simply go back to the station and have a driver Literally dedicated to delivering those types of packages (where the buisness owner is verified to be in or open) on a sperate day so that it takes all the stress off the regular drivers!
