Must be nice that your carts are ready for you to do that. Our station are still sorting ours when we're at load out, standing around waiting 😳😤🙄

There's variables such as a busy street on your route, apartment complexs, and special instructions YOU HAVE to follow based on certain customers....

You fools must run every stop of u can do 300 packages a shift the most I've done was 140 stop 260 packages took me my whole shift and I did not run only walk fast

I do 190 stops 350+ packages 35+ overflow every single day about 60 of my stops are grouped apartments and businesses ( not to mention the 30 or so house grouped stops) I feel for you but you in a van with no camera that’s a cake day

Yesterday I had 23 bags 43 overflow 314 packages 187 stops 😂 that was tough

Not possible unless you try your hardest to tweak and run

Nice video Jo, my trainer didn’t teach me how to to organize at all and I need to increase my drops per hour. PEAK season is coming up. I have a question, if I have the smaller trucks how can I organize my work area. I don’t like to use the passenger seat to work. I like to use the side door and back doors for overflow. Please lmk what’s the best way for a smaller van that’s full for PEAK season! Keep up the great videos

Idk, when I was a DSP driver I trained with a so called expert who barely did 125 stops in 10 hours. In any event, when I applied for a real delivery driver job, I lied and told them I did 327 stops came back and rescued people everyday and did another 180 stops for a total of 507 and that my picture was hanging on the wall in the delivery station. It worked, they hired me on the spot and paid me 3 times as much and I am still there, I am a homeowner and my house is full paid off . . .

I don't mark overflow IF I have a low amount of them, but on runs of near 400 where I have a TON of overflow small box I HAVE to mark the ends because I will be stacked floor to ceiling and I got very fast at quick marking and loading up. If I had a smaller route somehow though and I had the ability to show labels then I did not waste the time.

Dude I feel this. I’ve had 200 plus stop days with 320 packages in a budget van. No room to move for the first 3 to 4 hours of your route. Not to mention the overflow packages. I’ve definitely had some “do I really need this job” days

This man has never did this😂😂😂 you are NOT doing 180 stops in fours hours. Gotta account for load out,drive time to first , break, time between stops. I do 190 here in Philly usually in 6-7

this probably would have helped, never thought about grabbing all the packages at a group stop. I still probably would have gotten fired because when making 180 stops+, shopping centers/buildings/apartments is the most challenging, especially when you cannot locate the entrance. and then delivery driving has a high turnover rate so, you really don't have time to practice. unless you apply to a new dsp. :/ still, if I ever would re-apply (probably never) but if I do, I would buy a carrier bag and a flatbed/dolly combo cuz, the tools Amazon dsp's give you suck.

You cut off that car on the highway in the beginning my boy.

I get behind because there's always something wrong with the amazon phone's, the amazon flex app, and off glitches. Im only on day 2 and had to get rescued both times and still got bk late. And i work in an entire different city i know nothing about so its terrible.

This doesn't account for distance between stops...the phone issues...one time passwords.... Amazon lockers and the issues those damn things have ...etc...this type thinking only works in strictly housing neighborhoods where ur stops are super close and u dont run into any problems which is rare considering how crap and cheap the phones are that we are given

I’m a new driver, let’s say you gotta deliver 2 packages to the same house but under different names, the app wants you to take 2 different pics even tho it’s at the same house. Is it a way around having to do that? Even if it’s “grouped” together it still makes you take two pics.
