Hiring 400 people in 3 years is a weird flex. These dsps are revolving doors. Amazon is shameful

@SidneyTarver like any other job longevity translates to pay, benefits, job security and safety. You are limited on these with amazons dsp model as amazon promotes the revolving door. You know I'm not wrong either lol. This is why you see new faces every week at any given amazon dsp.
I won't compare a retail store to a logistics company because that's just a dumb comparison/analogy, but usps and ups is a career, amazon is a gig. Until all drivers are unionized (this is a pipe dream) all drivers will get the short end of the stick whilst doing the grunt work for pennies on the dime
I'm a firm believer amazon will get in trouble at some point in time in a fed court for the shit they pull to punish those who try to form unions
My boss says he’s ALWAYS looking for someone to replace him. I feel like as long as your boss (your dsp) is open to it, they most likely would train you in house.

I just filled out the application. I hear so many discouraging stories, but I realize that building a successful business takes time and hard work. The main problem that I have had in the problem is securing the employees that you need to be successful.

Yes you can but not for Amazon
How much profitable is this business if we add our 2 vans in it
You can do Amazon flex or other programs but you can’t just add two vans to the DSP program
