    to make his really work here are a few pointers:
    - drink a lot of water
    - maintain your diet
    - if u want to lose weight fater, than do these exercises twice and have protein
    -try yoga and meditation also
    - have fruits
    -have a 5 hour gaps between every meal
    i hope this helps:)) just remember you are beautiful and lose weight just for yourself not anybody else

    Trust me guys..I have tried hell lot of painful thigh work outs..nothing ever worked..but this one..I have been doing this just for a week..so far it helped me with my cellulite issue for sure..I can see so much changes in just over a week doing 2 sets a day..I'm definitely going to be consistent with this one and never trying any other work out.my legs look very much toned...THIS WORKED!

    Started yesterday, I'll do this for 10 days and tell you the progress.
    (Keep in mind, i have rice which is rich in carbs everyday, real asian lol, and also do light impact overall workout in the morning hours. It's also my puberty time so due to the growth spurt I do have an advantage.)
    Day one: ✓
    Day two: ✓
    Day three: I had to skip because I was fasting due to religious reasons.
    Day four: ✓
    (Omg I am starting to see results already, my legs have slimmed down a little)
    Day 5:✓
    Day 6: ✓
    Day 7: ✓
    (Everyone says I am slimmer than what I used to be, but I don't see it)
    Day 8:✓

    Day 1: I've never tried doing these exercises completely but today I did it! Feeling more Energetic and Concentrated. After few exercises I thought I couldn't do this but told myself nothing is possible. My legs may hurt tomorrow but I'll still do it.

    I’m 13 years old and extremely insecure about my weight/thighs. I tried the whole “love yourself the way your are” thing and it didn’t work so i’m going to work for a body I can actually be proud of since that’s the only other thing I can do. Today is my first day doing these exercises and I will be coming back every day for weeks until I reach my goal. 🥰

      @Priyal Ratwan Hii sorry for the kinda late response but I did these exercises for 4-5 days straight and I definitely see a difference!! I stopped for a few days because it was getting quite tiring and my legs were hurting but I’m planning to start again. The difference in my legs is pretty subtle but I can definitely see it! I’m sure that in around a week (or 2) the difference will be significant and my thighs won’t touch anymore (:

    Let's try this exercise
    Current weight = 68kg
    Goal= 50 kg
    Day 1 : my legs are hurting so bad lol
    Day 2 : am sorry but I cannot stand now 😃✨ weight = 68kg i ate a slice of pizza too soo....
    Day3 : can actually feel my pain vanishing damn also a slight difference in my thighs
    Day4: pain is all vanished and my thigh has reduced from 22 to 21 cm yeahhh
    Day5: can feel a slight difference again
    Day6: skipped
    Day7: did idk about thighs but my belly has become flat lol
    Day8: done this workout my thigh has reduced to 19 it's magical seriously
    Am gonna continue this for a month for better results

    I have being doing this exercise for two weeks....once every day and I have seen unbelievable changes.... Thanks for the exercises.... Highly recommenced 😊👍
    Edit: You will feel a lot of pain in your legs for at least first 3 days but day by day it will get better.... keep on doing it and dont loose hope.
    Edit 2: I have been doing this for 3 weeks and have noticed a huge change 😊

      Drink a lot of water
      Keep active, be outgoing
      This will 100% work
      You'll see quick results

    Just found this workout and it was just what I've needed. I've been out of shape for about two years and joined a gym. Absolutely hated it. Found my way back home workouts and never felt better!! This will definitely be my go to video for leg days!

    Current weight= 112 Lbs
    Day 1: ✔️ legs a bit sore but
    stretches help.
    Day 2: ✔️ feels like my right knee is on fire and stairs are like hell even stretches are hurting.
    Day 3: ❌ We were celebrating Christmas at a family members house and so I can't really do exercise there 😅
    Day 4: ✔️ legs are getting used to feeling on fire and Merry Christmas!
    Day 5: ✔️ Quick tip if you try this if you do one of the workouts and it isn't burning like hell you won't lose weight, I force myself to go past my limits and you will notice a difference 😉
    Day 6: ✔️ Today was harder than most days and a lot more sweaty but I was still able to do it
    Day 7: ✔️ The pain gets worse each day but I can tell that my legs and back are more flexible!🤩
    Day 8: ❌ I didn't do it but I did pull my siblings on the sled so I guess I kinda did do it since I was soooo tired
    Day 9: ✔️ Ughh my legs hurt soo bad 😢
    Day 10: ✔️ if you don't think about the pain it won't hurt 😌....omg I was so wrong..
    Day 11: ✔️ I went easy today since today is special! Happy New Year ! 🎊💃🎉🎈 NO MORE 2020 !
    Day 12: ❌ I will no longer do these exercises anymore I am satisfied with the results, I ended up loosing a few pounds so I definitely recommend this! But now I will find a different video on losing stomach fat. Thank you every who stopped to read this and good luck! (Happy 2021)! 💖💞😊

    I had started it yesterday. Here is my update. If you are a beginner like me, then it is going to be really painful.
    Cause it was the first day and my legs got hurt the whole and the next day too. OK
    Day 1 - Done doing it. Legs were trembling the whole day. Especially thighs were painful.
    But don't stop doing it. If you start it once, then try doing it! 👍
    Day 2 - Done doing it. It was easier than yesterday.
    Day 3 - Had done it finally.. It was painful but I can feel my front thigh part stiff but painful. And my calves also started feeling stiff.
    Day 4 - It wasn't that painful. I could do it with more ease! And I can walk easier and my pains reduced. I can feel a fat reduction in my thighs.
    Day 5 - It was easy. My calves feel toned and slim a bit. And the thighs upon the knees feel slim and toned! Keep going! 👍😊

    Day 1: I did it, I had to take breaks but I got through it. Really sore after
    Day 2: still sore from yesterday, which made it harder
    Day 3: though my legs were still a little sore from the other days, it just made me want to push through it even more. It got easier to do and I really felt proud about myself
    Day 4: I was so much easier than day 1! I feel great and I'm not that sore. I'm falling in love with this workout💕
    Day 5: At this point I'm noticing a visual difference with my legs but not my weight. I'm not losing weight because of me gaining muscle from this. It has gotten easier and I feel more flexible.
    Day 6: I did it but I forgot to log it so here's me doing it today. Really easy at this point and there is a visual difference!
    Day 7: Still easy, there was a visable difference and I was even getting compliments! This really does work and thank you for the encouragement.
    However many likes I get is how many days I'll do this so get to liking. P.S Im going to stop logging it after seven days but I won't stop doing it. I'll continue to edit talking about my journey. Thank you for taking time out of your day to read this☺️. Have a wonderful day!

      diet is not about stop eating all the unhealthy food or the food you like it is about trying to be healthy and eating less sugar and all the unhealthy stuff dont just stop eating everything unhealthy you can eat when u really want to and for my advice try to stop eating the unhealthy stuff for 1 to 2 weeks while doing these exercises plus do a plank for 10 to 15 secs before and after finishing the workout and to get better results do 10 to 15 crunches after finishing the plank..
      dont forget that if you didnt start at this age you may never so always believe in yourself
      i know it is so hard for some people because i am one of them but that shouldnt stop us from reaching what we want♥

    My weight right now: 133lbs
    (I’m trying this without dieting)
    Day 1- ✔️ my thighs look the same
    Day 2- ✔️ my legs hurt so bad from yesterday but it felt good to do the exercises and my legs still look the same
    Day 3- ✔️ my legs/ thighs look the same and the pain from yesterday is starting to go away

    Day 5- ✔️ the slight pain in my legs is barely there now and the exercises were way easier today. Still no visible difference in my legs but I do feel more in shape
    Day 6- ✔️ still no difference in my legs/thighs
    Day 7- ❌ I am on my period and feel like shit today so I took a break and didn’t do the workout today
    Day 8- ✔️ I took an ibuprofen and dealt with the cramps and did each exercise for 2 minutes and took 20 second breaks in between each exercise to make up for not doing the exercises yesterday.
    Day 9- ✔️ I’m starting to feel a little bit better about my body because I did the workouts and ate nothing for breakfast and grilled chicken, rice, and spinich for lunch so I’m feeling healthy today but I’m probably going to eat a Swiss roll in a minute 😂
    Day 10- ✔️ I did the workouts even though I didn’t feel like doing them, I also did a few other leg workouts. I’ve realized that if I want to lose any weight at all I need to not eat as much sweets and try to eat a bit healthier
    Day 11- ✔️ I did these exercises and another video along with 30 crunches. I ate grapes for breakfast and no lunch so far except some cheez itz but I’ve been drinking a lot more water and chewing gum when I feel like eating when I’m not hungry.
    Day 12- ✔️ I did the exercises while watching a video on my computer which helped distract me from wanting to give up on the workout. I also started doing more leg exercises yesterday from a different video doing 100 for each leg. The only sweet thing I ate today was a chocolate chip chocolate muffin for breakfast. I’ve also kept drinking a lot of water and it has helped so much with my period. I’ve noticed that there’s not as much blood because I’m drinking more water.
    Day 13- ✔️ I did other leg exercises along with these
    Day 14- ✔️ I did other leg exercises along with these again and then weighed myself and I was 131 instead of 133 so I’ve lost 2lbs so far!!
    Day 15- ✔️ I did these workouts along with another video again
    Day 16- ✔️ I did the same thing as I’ve been doing with doing these workouts and another video as well. I’m also trying to eat healthier and I’ve been drinking a lot more water :)
    Day 17- ✔️ I felt good about my legs yesterday so I decided to wear a pair of jeans that I don’t usually wear because I don’t like how my legs look in them but I wore them and I thought I looked good so I think doing these workouts are definitely starting to help
    Day 18- ❌ so I’ve decided to try lily sabri’s 14 day inner thigh workout instead of this because I’m just not seeing the results I wanted from this. It says in one week but I had been doing it for more than a week and barely noticed any difference. This workout has kept me in shape though and I could really tell because if I hadn’t been doing this, the lily sabri workout would have hurt a lot but it didn’t. If you want to see results over a longer period of time and a workout that doesn’t burn your thighs as much this one is probably good for you.     The exercise is really very helpful. First day afters exercise i had a lot of pain in my legs,and the second I was literally not able stand i suffered alot of pain but didn't give up,third day my pain started decreasing and fourth day my pain was totally vanished , trust me it will help but the only thing is you shouldn't give up.

      Dalgom is waiting for Lisa's solo it’s like when you do a really good workout but ur muscles are sore the next day. Since I’m a girl and have periods I definitely think that the pain isn’t as bad compared to my period cramps, so I suggest and think that it won’t be too hard to do even with sore muscles. If it keeps getting sore you should probably do it every other day or talk to ur doctor

    Bro this workout works so well. I did 2 sets everyday for 2 weeks and lost 8 pounds! On top of that I played basketball every day but the workout is where most of the results come from. Do not stop doing this without because if you do then you will slowly gain weight back plus it gets really easy so there is no point to stop. I stopped this workout for a week and gained only
    a pound because I am very active but right when I was about to start working out again, I injured my ankle. I was out for a month but have started again and am determined to lose all the weight that I gained. I have to redo all the work I put in but that's okay.

I eat three meals a day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner and at about 3:30 pm every day I eat a bowl of a bunch of fruits like apples, oranges, strawberries, cantoloupe, blueberries, watermelons, and mangos. I also ate 1 snack during the day like a protein bar or chewy bar or something.

    It's good one. When I first did this my legs were shaking while walking and I wouldn't Stand still and the pain is really good 😥😂but after 2 days there will be no pain . everyone doing this don't quit

    Day 1 : complete but was painful cuz yes i don't workout that much
    Day 2 : was kinda easy but was so painful when i woke up
    Day 3 : kinda seeing a bit changes
    Day 4 : complete (was just about to give up but started thinking about my expensive jeans that doesn't fit lmao)
    Day 5 : my jeans were just about to fit🤩was so happy
    Day 6 : complete (started doing twice a day)
    Day 7 : my jeans just fit😳
    I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OMG☠️TQSM AND Y'ALL GIVE IT A TRY I DIDNT DID ANY DIETS JUST THE EXERCISE AND MOM WAS LIKE WTH WHY U LOOK SO SLIM HUH?

    This workout is amazing. It hurts for a few days but then you start enjoying the slight burn. My legs had such loose cellulite but it's definitely tightening and I have lost about 4kgs in a month. Mind you, I was also doing intermittent fasting along with this workout. But it definitely works if you are consistent.

    I started doing this today, I am going to post honest results for two weeks✌🏻
    Day 1: ✔️
    Day 2: ✔️
    Day 3: ✔️
    Along with this workout, I am also walking for 10-15 minutes and it’s just day 3 and my thighs appear to be a little toned than before.
    Day 4: ✔️
    Day 5: ✔️ (On measuring, my thighs were 1.2 cm less than the initial measurement.)
    Day 6: ✔️
    Day 7: ✔️
    I have lost 3.6 cm overall 1.6 on my left thigh and 2 on my right! So this does work guys but personally I think walking coupled with this exercise worked well for me!
    By the end of this week (week 2), I lost 6.2 cm overall. Again, this was not possible with this workout alone, I paired this with regular 10-15 min walk and intermittent fasting.

    I skipped two days because I got periods and I feel like shit. My exams are also going on so....I will do extra exercises tomorrow to compensate.
