Guys.. this is not a joke .. I had thunder thighs since my childhood and I never loose inches over my thighs.. other parts were seemed to be dropping.. but thighs..? Never... Day 1 I don't know why but it was hard for me to complete the entire exercise so took little breaks in between to catch my breath

Day1: i had another workout yesterday so my legs were paining but go through felt good after the workout
Day2: Got through ☺️
Day 1 is done I am also doing other workouts along with this also I think anyone can try this cause its just a matter of 9 minutes you can do it

I so want to take up the challenge. I have inner thighs touching which is so annoying to walk.
But I am scared thinking of muscle soreness. I have a lot to handle at home and don't want to be immobile. Had bad experiences in the past.
soreness is very common in case of legs workout or arms . i sore daily .. you will get use to of it :) no pain no gain

It's not like good thing always hurt 😂😂😂 You just have DOMS The pain will slowly go in 7-10 days .Later you will have little soreness after workout
