    Guys.. this is not a joke .. I had thunder thighs since my childhood and I never loose inches over my thighs.. other parts were seemed to be dropping.. but thighs..? Never... I tried this workout just for 3 days and lost 2.3 inches in 3 days... Going to continue with this challenge... Thanks a lot ma'am ❤

    This video is amazing I was always insecure about my legs and would never be able to put swimsuit u did this workout for a week and got amazing results I wasn’t on I diet I was just drinking plenty of water

    Day - 3 - easy
    Result - day 1 BEFORE-
    Left leg (U)- 22 1/2
    Right leg (U)- 23
    Caves (R) -12.2
    Caves (L)- 12 1/2
    AFTER-
    left leg - 22
    Right leg- 22 1/2
    Caves L-12.2
    Caves R- 11.8
    But I am not sure of my measurements

    OMS IT DOES REALLY WORK😭
    I DID THIS WORKOUT ONCE, AND AFTER THREE DAYS I SOMEHOW GAINED SOME MUSCLE ON MY LEGS. SADLY I LOST THE MUSCLE BECAUSE I WASN'T CONSISTENT, BUT GUYS IT REALLY WORKS. THANK YOU SO MUCH 😭❤️❤️❤️❤️

    I so want to take up the challenge. I have inner thighs touching which is so annoying to walk.
    But I am scared thinking of muscle soreness. I have a lot to handle at home and don't want to be immobile. Had bad experiences in the past.

      soreness is very common in case of legs workout or arms . i sore daily .. you will get use to of it :) no pain no gain

    Idk if it will reduce hip or thigh fat both but let's try ...
    Day 1 *completed* did it twice and I swear it hurts alot overnight and the other day as well but I can't give up I will be doing once from now on

    Second exercise was squats it hurts alot just for two days but we can get an amazing result
    Good thing will always hurt
    You can try these exercises

      It's not like good thing always hurt 😂😂😂 You just have DOMS The pain will slowly go in 7-10 days .Later you will have little soreness after workout

    I've completed my 3 days but sadly not changes for me..
    26.5 inch day 1 and 26.5 inch day 3 as well. Maybe my fats are just stubborn

    I will be trying this for 3 days!
    Day 1- did 3 times today! Also trying some other stomach exercises
    Day 2- Did twice!

    I will do this workout for three days and I will update my progress
    Thighs: R nd L 68cm/26,7
    Calves: Rnd L 42cm/16,5
    goal: tighs: 58cm ,22.8inch
    calves 37cm/ 14.5
    day 1 : complete
    day2: done
    day3: done
    tighs : 67cm
    calves : 41
    I will continue for another ten days and post my results
    day 4 : done
    day 5 : done
    Day 6 : done
