Day 4- legs were burning and I felt the Stretch all over my legs, still felt good. Day 5- it was late, but I still did it, And there was a little burning but not much. Day 6- I was happy, so I didn't feel anything, but after an hour my legs were shaking! Day 7- I had a break down, so my legs were tired, but when I was done, I felt pretty good. Hey Hailey, i have big squishy muscular calves . I've been looking for a way to reduce them for years . I've been doing your exercise for quite sometime now, my calves became softer progressively, when i measured it, they reduced it in size🤧, I've used an electric massager which transmits electrical pulses , it increased the size of my calves, pls help me😭😭😭😭
