Results: this definently helps, whoever it does make your leg really sore and it will take some time to lose your inner thigh fat. If you were trying to lose it completely/within a month I would do this 1-2 times a day and pair it with haileys other leg workouts (thigh)

Day 1 (12/5) : Taking breaks every so often, I did not really feel the burn
Day 2 (12/6) : Had to take breaks. Felt the burn in the middle but is gone at nearing the end. I think my form is off and I'm engaging on the wrong muscles

Maybe you dont feel the burn because you dont think abt your muscles,I know this sounds dumb but when I workout I think about my muscles and actually feel a burn then.And maybe you dont feel the burn because you are taking to many Breaks.But keep going with the other workouts!!

I don't really recommend measuring every day because the measurements can be affected by a lot of factors such as inflammation, or fluid retention.

okay so it's been about 1 and half week since I switched to her other vid coz I was bored and people in those comments had so much big results so I got lured. But turned out that wasn't for me coz I didn't loose anything instead I gained a few centimeters back. Now don't blame me. I have PCOD and I'm an endomorph so I'm just trying okay. But I never stopped working out, I just switched to other one but guess that wasn't for me. So I'm gonna get back with this one again and stick upto it until I get a thigh gap!

All the leg circles and single diamond taps caused my hips to pop in and out of place due to a chronic problem I have with my hips maybe in a few months when my pelvic/hip bones are actually supported by my muscle again i could do it but currently not being able to walk because I tried to do it and my hips weren't happy 😅

Cheering you on!! But I don't think you should aim to get 20cm. 20cm is like the thickness of the top of your arm/where your biceps are. Try aiming for 35-40! YOU GOT THIS!!

I know that you want to slim down your thighs but 20cm-30cm thighs is extremely unhealthy! Even 35 is terribly thin! Do not attempt to slim them down that much! Dieting at such a young age is very unhealthy and can cause your growth rate to slow down. 49cm thighs is very normal and healthy and if you want to slim them down just a bit then workout, be healthy but still enjoy the foods you love, get enough sleep, be okay with rest days and most importantly Be a kid!! You are beautiful and the Lord made you unique and beautiful in your own way. Love yourself!

Is there any chance you're doing it on a wooden floor? If you are, you could put like a rug or cushion under your hips to lessen the pain. Thats what I did anyway. Hope it helps!

SOOOOOOO I was done with my 'day 7' like an hour ago and even tho I wasn't expecting anything, I had an urge to measure my upper (inner) thigh part AND OH MY GOD! I LITERALLY LOSTTTT 《0.6 INCHESSS》 ON EACH OF THE THIGHS!!!! Like can you guys imagineeee??!!! Can you'll believe meee???!!! Like 0.6 inches in 7 days w/o hurting my knees and lower back feels like fantasy to me 😭😭😭😭😭

Day 9 : ✅️ nice burn. I just need to do that last second exercise neatly coz bro when doing on the left side, I feel that good burn but when it comes to right side, I just can't lift my knee properly so it doesn't quite burn so instead of doing nothing I just do circles there again 🤷♀️
Day 10 : ✅️ It's kinda sad to see no other replies other than that one person, coz I would have loved to interact while on this journey, but no worries guys! I'VE GOT MYSELF! 💪😤 And yeah burn burn burn, felt amazing! 🙌

AFTER : 22.1 inches
So guys I lost 0.9 INCHESSS (2.3 CENTIMETERS) OFF EACH OF THE THIGHS IN 10 DAYS!!! ❤🎉
Honestly I'm kinda confused if I should continue? Idk 🤷♀️
But yeah I'M TOTALLY HAPPY with the results coz when I do other workouts, they either coz me lower back pain ( I have a good posture but I have little anterior pelvic position so yeah) or knee pain and sometimes even bulk my thighs up but yeah this was overall SAFE and GREAT for me!!!
