So I’ll do this workout for the upcoming week and then share results :) Start = Left: 53 cm Right: 53,5 cm ------------ Finish = left: 52 Right: 52,5 Cm So it’s been a week and I lost one cm on both legs and my legs are more toned. I just added this workout to my normal workout routine but it definitely works :)

Hey guys, i've been using this workout for 3 weeks now, i've incorporated another thigh workout, two slim arm workouts and an ab workout. I've also slightly cleaned up my diet and incorporated some walking. I didn't take any measurements or before photos but my pants are feeling wayyyy looser and i can definitely feel and see a difference. It isn't a massive difference, but it's definitely working!! I'll update again after a few months of using it. update: hey guys ive used this for over a month now, im not gonna lie i have missed a few days here and there but i have been doing the workout at least 5-6 times a week. Im still doing other workouts like arm, ab and another thigh workout, and I can say i see a slight difference in my thighs. It's nothing crazy like i dont have gigi hadid legs now but i will say they do look slightly slimmer. I'll keep updating guys. But it's kinda hard to see results when im not measuring so im basing it off of old photos. Its not the biggest difference at the moment, but hopefully in the next few months it will get there!!
I dk what it is about your workouts but my body responds really well to yours. For those wondering if this is effective it is. In 5 months I've lost 20 inches all,over my body in 5 months. Mind you I've always been thin so my goal was mainly just to tone. Its not miracle cure and ive been working my butt off and staying consistent. Anyway here is what my routine looks like: I run 4 to 5 times a week depending on the length of my workouts I follow every run with 30 minutes of these pilate style workouts and lots and lot and lots of stretch and foam rolling before bed. I also intermittent fast on Monday to Fridays because I work in an office and I'm more sedentary. I do not track my calories I just make sure my meals have protein and good carbs. I also eat alot of whole fruits and greek yogurt. Like I said this didn't happen,over night but the difference has been incredible ❤
It’s shocking how different beauty standards can be for every one. I was sure the photo on left was the “after” result because to me, it’s much more attractive than the photo on the right. Goes to show that sometimes our insecurities can be other people’s ideals sometimes!

This workout burns more than it looks like, it is pretty painful and the burn hurts like hell, I do recommend now if you like deep burns during your workout but otherwise - Day 1 is completed ✅

Doing this work out for a week (Trying to do it more than once a day) Day 1:✅ can definitely feel the burn (did it twice) Day 2:✅ obviously no change in appearance but the start of the work out did seem to be a bit easier (did it once)

So I’m planing on working on my body until summer! I’m going to stay consistent with the same workouts! Which is going to be this workout and another one, HITT Pilates! Then I’m going to go on calorie deficit and go for daily walks. I’m going to also drink around 1-2L of water and decrease my soda, and proceeded food intake!

doing this with her slim calves workout, yuuka sagawa's 8 min back posture workout and pamela reif's 10 min ab workout every day until my break ends on 1/14 :) i'm 5'7 at 110-115lbs (fluctuates daily) so my goal isn't to lose weight but to get rid of excess fat in my thighs and face and get my body used to working out. no changes to my diet other than drinking more water 12/24 ✅ (i did some xhs leg tutorials for abt 4 days beforehand so it was easier to stretch) 12/25 ✅️ felt rlly good, i used to not feel sleepy until 12am but now the exercise makes me relaxed and sleepy at 9! 12/26 ✅️ did all but skipped the ab workout bc i had to meet up with friends and i had just showered 12/27 ✅️ did it in the afternoon! (but didn't do ab workout!) 12/28 ✅️ so i didn't measure the circumference of my legs before but i overall feel so so so much better. i'm more flexible (my heels can touch the floor during downward dog and i can touch my feet & hold it) and my calves feel firmer (if u do the slim calves workout too). my face also feels firmer bc of the backworkout! my thighs have the most body fat so it's harder to see changes there. 12/29 ✅ did all four! the ab workout breaks me out in a sweat 😭 12/30 ✅️ 12/31✅️ didn't do ab workout and i do not recommend doing this or the calf workout in bed, it's too unsteady 😭 1/1 ✅️ happy new years! before today i usually did the back exercise, calf, then thigh (and ab if i felt like it). today i switched it up, instead of pamela reif's workout i did shirlyn kim's lower belly 7 min workout, thighs, calves, then the back workout. i think i'll stick to this routine from here on out. also i highly rec a back workout bc it 100% guaranteed gives me a good back crack. also i'm SO happy to say that the calf workout REALLY works- my calves feel firmer! before, when i pressed my legs to the ground, they touched, but now they don't :) i think i need more time for the thighs. 1/2 ✅️ sweating so bad, I did 15 min cardio in the morning as well as a diff stretch workout. i think my body type is the type that loses thigh & face fat last :( so i have to be consistent 1/3 ❌️ i've been pretty sick this week and to top it off, my thighs were so sore from the cardio i could barely squat without hurting a lot, so i just counted today a rest day. i did do a 11 ab workout instead and will probably replace the pamela reif one with this one instead from now on (i didn't do back or leg exercises today) 1/4 1/5 1/6 1/7 1/8 1/9 1/10 1/11 1/12 1/13 1/14

Hey guys, i've been using this workout for 3 weeks now, i've incorporated another thigh workout, two slim arm workouts and an ab workout. I've also slightly cleaned up my diet and incorporated some walking. I didn't take any measurements or before photos but my pants are feeling wayyyy looser and i can definitely feel and see a difference. It isn't a massive difference, but it's definitely working!! I'll update again after a few months of using it.
update: hey guys ive used this for over a month now, im not gonna lie i have missed a few days here and there but i have been doing the workout at least 5-6 times a week. Im still doing other workouts like arm, ab and another thigh workout, and I can say i see a slight difference in my thighs. It's nothing crazy like i dont have gigi hadid legs now but i will say they do look slightly slimmer. I'll keep updating guys. But it's kinda hard to see results when im not measuring so im basing it off of old photos. Its not the biggest difference at the moment, but hopefully in the next few months it will get there!!
I dk what it is about your workouts but my body responds really well to yours. For those wondering if this is effective it is. In 5 months I've lost 20 inches all,over my body in 5 months. Mind you I've always been thin so my goal was mainly just to tone. Its not miracle cure and ive been working my butt off and staying consistent. Anyway here is what my routine looks like: I run 4 to 5 times a week depending on the length of my workouts
I follow every run with 30 minutes of these pilate style workouts and lots and lot and lots of stretch and foam rolling before bed. I also intermittent fast on Monday to Fridays because I work in an office and I'm more sedentary. I do not track my calories I just make sure my meals have protein and good carbs. I also eat alot of whole fruits and greek yogurt. Like I said this didn't happen,over night but the difference has been incredible ❤

So I’m planing on working on my body until summer! I’m going to stay consistent with the same workouts! Which is going to be this workout and another one, HITT Pilates! Then I’m going to go on calorie deficit and go for daily walks. I’m going to also drink around 1-2L of water and decrease my soda, and proceeded food intake!

Day 1: ✅Had to cut out the "both legs in air" part. It was too tough. Overall it was burning a bit but doable

i'm 5'7 at 110-115lbs (fluctuates daily) so my goal isn't to lose weight but to get rid of excess fat in my thighs and face and get my body used to working out. no changes to my diet other than drinking more water
12/24 ✅ (i did some xhs leg tutorials for abt 4 days beforehand so it was easier to stretch)
12/25 ✅️ felt rlly good, i used to not feel sleepy until 12am but now the exercise makes me relaxed and sleepy at 9!
12/26 ✅️ did all but skipped the ab workout bc i had to meet up with friends and i had just showered
12/27 ✅️ did it in the afternoon! (but didn't do ab workout!)
12/28 ✅️ so i didn't measure the circumference of my legs before but i overall feel so so so much better. i'm more flexible (my heels can touch the floor during downward dog and i can touch my feet & hold it) and my calves feel firmer (if u do the slim calves workout too). my face also feels firmer bc of the backworkout! my thighs have the most body fat so it's harder to see changes there.

1/1 ✅️ happy new years! before today i usually did the back exercise, calf, then thigh (and ab if i felt like it). today i switched it up, instead of pamela reif's workout i did shirlyn kim's lower belly 7 min workout, thighs, calves, then the back workout. i think i'll stick to this routine from here on out. also i highly rec a back workout bc it 100% guaranteed gives me a good back crack. also i'm SO happy to say that the calf workout REALLY works- my calves feel firmer! before, when i pressed my legs to the ground, they touched, but now they don't :) i think i need more time for the thighs.
1/2 ✅️ sweating so bad, I did 15 min cardio in the morning as well as a diff stretch workout. i think my body type is the type that loses thigh & face fat last :( so i have to be consistent
1/3 ❌️ i've been pretty sick this week and to top it off, my thighs were so sore from the cardio i could barely squat without hurting a lot, so i just counted today a rest day. i did do a 11 ab workout instead and will probably replace the pamela reif one with this one instead from now on (i didn't do back or leg exercises today)
