Today is my first time doing this Zumba n couldn't catch up the steps .My son was laughing his heart out saying a baby elephant is dancing. I could hardly move. But I believe I will be able to follow the step in this few days n will really get what I want ie to loss weight. I'm enjoying it.
Was my first time trying this workout too, and also couldn't go as fast as the instructor. Maybe you can try adjusting the speed of the RUclips video (0.75 worked amazing for me)

I knew this was going to become real tough later on and it did BUT for a beginner like me, who can barely run for more than 1 minute straight, it was possible. My arms and shoulders gave out almost but i pulled through and enjoyed the cardio. Whole body's burning and am not even out of breath! Hopefully i can advance my cardio level from beginner to medium by doing this for a month or so. GREAT JOB!!!

I really like this class! I feel much more energetic after doing this! I am not dieting or anything and as well not trying actively to loose weight, I am doing this just for fun. For someone that was once addicted to the Hit Cardio Workout, I haven't exercised in a long time...so today I started again but with this Zumba session. I don't even know how to ever "Zumba" but hey ya girl finished 20 minutes and it was a killer sweat sesh, I'm grateful. 🙏🏽🙏🏽
I just love it! From the very first try! Even though I could literally hear my heart in my ears the first time I tried it, I'm doing better now. These days, it seems to end sooner than 20mins 'cos of how much I'm enjoying it.

I somehow finished the video despite my total lack of coordination or fitness (I'm sure I looked ridiculous lol) so this really is a great place to start. Okay so this is wayy harder than it looks 🤣 for a person who haven’t moved for the past 6 years. I got through 7 mins. Will be trying again every day to hit the 20 mins and then some more. Thank you it was awesome and so much fun. It made me sweat so bad 😅
At first, I spent half the time laughing at myself because I was a bit confused with the quick steps and almost tripped over myself, too. 😂 Nevertheless, this zumba session was really fun. I felt a bit lighter now. 😁💃

This work out is amazing! Like most people i put on weight over lockdown and i don't feel comfortable going for runs or jogs because of other people. Was able to bang this out in my living room. With this and dieting i hope to go down 2 sizes by summer :) i'll try to remember to update
Day 1: I can do 10 minutes of this before I need a bit of a break. I can hear my heart in my ears, my sweat is making my clothes stick to me, my asthma is making this bearable.

Glad you mentioned playback speed. I was modifying it by skipping beats etc but reducing speed is nicer.

You can do it. At first it will burn like crazy if you're not used to zumbaa then it doesn't burn eventually. Not a great calorie burner though.

First video I did and I like dancing instead of just "exercising". My mom does Zumba and she says it's lots of fun. It is and a GREAT alternative!🥰I'll see where this goes in a week or a month. I'm 5'2 and pudgy.🤰🏾🤸🏾♀️
