You are a golden pure soul Sir..❤️❤️You have already won in this life.🥇My best wishes for your lifelong wellness, safety ,success and happiness..🙏✨️
I worked with PWC. There, my manager was threatening me that who has hired you. With hr they layyedoff
Sorry to hear this, I hope you are doing well.

PwC is worst for IT employees
@@aditya_shelar This happened with me during covid in 2020. It's being 4 year, I am with IBM. I am doing better than that. Favouritism was at peek in that project.
Pwc sucks
Well said bro...❤It's not Company but your supervisor decides your experience of that organization...😊
Not true, nowadays the pressure is from top across all companies
itna kaam karwane k baad bhi ye companies ki growth single digits mein rehti hai.
mushkil se 10-12 % ka NP banta hai. kabhi kabhi to -ve bhi chala jata hai.
jitna jyada micro management utna company ki growth ruk jati hai

Hi Aditya,
Really fantastic video, good presentation, natural content. From binging to end .. every word was knowledgeable. Fantastic Job.
I loved this video. I have been through this hell hole too. I'm working as a consultant in data analytics. The previous company that I worked for was a living hell for me. The company was great but the manager was a b!tch. I was so grateful when I joined that company and was so relieved when I left it.
I worked in KPMG. The leadership and my manager were absolutely horrible!
मैं यह पूछना चाहता हूं कि इंडिया में जितने भी मैनेजर्स होते हैं या boses होते हैं कंपनी में,
क्या उनमें से ज्यादातर घमंडी होते हैं और सही से बात नहीं करते?
What a nice perspective man. Great video. I can totally co-relate to you. Been in your shoes. After 17 years in the corporate world I felt exactly the same.
Very well said. Harsh reality of corporate.
Classic.....so correct, practical and much needed conversation.👍👍
I worked for 3 years in India's top software gaint. But due to toxic work culture and employees treated like slaves I left my job and studied hard to crack government job and got successful. Now I'm so happy that I choose this job. Bhai Paisa he sab nahi hota
Narayan Murthy ki dalali ka taste mila
Thank you so much for speaking about it. I am also from pune and worked for KPMG I got to experience one of the most toxic work culture. I am so happy you addressed this on your video. I hope one day all firms treat all their employees with respect and have a requirement to work for not more than 8 hours.
Such a beautiful & genuine video 👏🏻👏🏻
Being a fresher, I have a dream to work with such Top companies, but by watching such vdos write now ,I feels that I will not be able to survive if there will toxic environment and to be honest IT might not made for everyone as , I was a chill kind of student, and never even faced such situation in life before ,I never took my college HOD serious, my mind says now, government job is better than IT even if u are having less salary.
@@meditationmusic2604 Would recommend you research the govt job experiences too! Post 2014, things have changed a-lot in govt sector as well.
Absolutely govt job gives you peace...at the end yr peace hi to chahiye

Trust me relax and govt job doesn't resonate now. My office hours is 10 am to 7-8 pm. Even we have Targets , toxic colleagues and managers plus you have to face idiot customers also. And when the financial year end comes we don't go home before 8:30pm
Hi buddy even ,I work as an investment banker,at ICICI ,it was so hectic ,my manager was a very kind person but , I left my job and followed my passion as a full time assistant professor

Things that you said about company's culture and the manager is absolutely true. I see everyone having a great time on the floor in my department while my team appears to be a graveyard where no one is even talking to each other.
Very well articulated.. we realise this so late sometimes.
Thank you for sharing your valuable experience with us😊
Kpmg spends a lot of time settling thier own lawsuits every year. The big 4 are like the mafia of consulting firm , the more lawsuits you have the more "best company" awards they get.

Thank for for making such an amazing video, all the best and keep posting! Loved your content, it was very much relatable to me.
Thanks for sharing your experience I recently got good offer but I rejected it because it'll hamper my work-personal life balance 👍🏻
One and only IBM gaves you great worklife balance...you always satisfied with this company at any situation. Very helpfull people. Management and managers as well ❤
Thanks for posting hard facts.🎉🎉
This is most honest and non biased corporate review i have seen. I have gone through same life and i can relate
Bhaisaab aapka ye video kya zabardast phata hai youtube par .. bcoz there is no silly talk but rather every point is on the correct mark.. Awesome and congratulations 🎉👍
As a ca student we are so much passionate to join big four once in a life but now we are afraid that it’ll definitely take our mental health
Well explained... thoroughly..... Good observations..... I also have an innate quality of observing the patterns of the environment.....
Wow, what a realistic video! 👏🏻👍🏻....... I felt the exact same way when I resigned... They also said, 'We are family' 🤐😬😐
'Family' - oldest trick in the book! 😂😂😂
I've been watching videos, taking career advice here and there, trying to learn from the corporate world, it's today I feel complete after watching you explain with such simplicity ✨.... Hats off
Thanks for the feedback, highly appreciated :))
I had that realization studying in MIT manipal and the hell week is 2 years for Masters MCA
No clubs , no activities , no socializing and people who glorify studying 7 days a week sleeping less are awarded high marks
I understood that I'll go through what you went through KPMG from the beginning
I quit after 2 months saving me time to invest in myself in other university and eventually I'll never go into a job With high salary promise
More the salary = more the slavery and lesser the happiness
My journey as a project manager and then a program manager has been always people centric.
I follow a simple motto “happy team leads to happy organisation ” chose project management specifically as I had to work with a rude manager whom I called out in many meetings as I was damn confident of my technical skills back then.
Beautiful video Bro, keep up 👏
Thanks for sharing your back story...i am impressed with your passion, dedication to leran & work....much to learn from your experience 🙏👍👏

Excellent content Aditya. Congratulations for your understanding of work and life at a very early stage in life. Keep up the good work. Very good that you shared your thoughts so lucidly. Will be great for youngsters before they start stressing about and with work. Being a great human is foremost in being good Manager. Good Managers treat others like they want to be treated.
One of the best videos I have seen till now.
Very good content..quite relatable for a Big 4 employee
Good insightful video Aditya. Concept of Ekigai and its application in our lives are the most important thing when we discuss work and life and it's balance.ironically there are very few people who are aware of it..
Very important to understand that the work is not a work,if it is your Ekigai. ( it's a Japanese term/concept..those who are not aware can dig deep into internet for more info on it)

Bhai you are extremely blessed to have this mindset and understanding of what is that you want out of life and where would you rather spend your time. Not many people get there so early in their life. 🎉❤ Kush Raho and follow your passion, money will definitely come in that path. 😊
Thank You for sharing your experience.
Even though I was skeptical looking at the duration of the video initially, after watching the entire video quite attentively I realized that it is a very well made video and your explanation of each and every phase of your professional career is very apt, detailed and cohesive. I particularly loved the "What work will you do if nobody is paying you?" ideology as it aligns with my convictions as well and coincidentally my answer to this question is same as yours. Keep up this good work and thank you doing what you do.
This video should share with Narayan murthy. So he can understand what working 70+ hours a week be like.

20 years in various corporates (MNC) & startups. I clearly connected with you, when you said, with 29 LPA, you were not happy. Cause money comes once a month, and you live every day in that company (of managers, colleagues & family), money is important, but it alone won't make you happy. But everyone is not lucky, some keep on suffering the toxicity
