I worked in a company for more than 2.6 years. During Covid19 they imposed 50% deduction on my salary and when i resigned then HR said *50% salary p kaam karo vrna hm tumhe experience letter ni denge aur abscond kr denge* and they did the same thing. I file multiple complaint in Labor comssioner office, CMO and even PMO with all proofs but nothing happen. Thanks a lot for this bro . this is really really informative to anyone entering corporate world. Very good and informative video. However, there are tons and tons of gaps and grey areas in each point out forth that can act against the employee. A company that goes against the rules or is unethical can go to any limits, for example wrongly accusing someone of sexual harrassment. Even if everything goes by the book a legal case in India takes several years and lot of resources.

Today employees are just a product for company. They buy you with full bargaining and leave you when they want. So if you facing such atmosphere in your current company, better you should start looking for better opportunity, where your professional growth don't stop. 🙏🏼 Stay with that company who really provides you growth (specially financial growth) with company growth. 👍🏼
Good. Informative. Real & Practical. These things apply to all levels of employees not just freshers. Even CEOs in very reputed corporates can fall prey to these kinds of treatments, actions & surprises. Corporate world is ruthless - may be rightly so- where each to his own. Not to be upset with termination or layoffs. Must make an objective self assessment, post event, and move on with the lessons and positives. Do not carry any guilt, unless it was due to sheer irresponsibility or abject failure on your part, according to you, even then it's a lesson learnt. Even within the same domain no two organizations can be alike. Therefore start with a open mind and with full vigour in the next job. It may well be your best choice/ chance or the worst, only time will decide. Never mind. The real assets for performing better are; -Skill sets & cross functional capabilities. -Ability to gell with the team. -Ability to network professionally. -Good manners, respect, dignity, be approachable, tolerance. Jai Hind!

Termination letter is never good that's why employees opt for self-resignation as it impacts their future job opportunities. There's no way around this unless you are doing job for fun and don't mind a termination letter under your belt.

So True.....recently faced the same situation in One of the India's topmost Company where I was forced to Resign, was compulsorily put in PIP whereas My Colleagues where also giving same kind of Performance.
And nearly 40% managers are forcefully put in PIP in the entire region.

I saw someone commented that their x-company reduced their salary to 50% and held their experience letter. Two things here:
1. File a harassment FIR, seek legal help from a lawyer and resign.
2. Don't worry, companies will consider your experience if you show them your case history. Chor ek doosre ko jaante hain.
What to do when you are promised to give salary in start and then forced you to sign offer letter and now they are saying we never promised.I am trapped

@@kiranwadyalkar8937what happened after that
@@kiranwadyalkar8937 I'm sorry for replying late Kiran, my apology.
I don't know how you survived this situation. But this is a legal issue. If I would have seen this happening to me, I would have not come to work and hired a lawyer to send a legal notice (Of course you also need your parents to help you in this). Ask for defamation, compensation and legal expenses to be paid. Apke ek letter mein hi wo log seedhe ho jayenge.. especially if it is a big firm. If it is small firm then legal case kya lawyer ke call se hi seedhe ho jayenge.

Mr. Nitish Rajput , thanks for the information. I was in a good company and a lot has happened between me and that company. And my friendly, faithful colleagues did not stand by me and I was shocked to see that .Even now I dwell on my decisions whether to challenge that company or join it again or whom to contact. My life has not been same after that. I have worked for 6 years in that company. I was not knowing these things that time. Thank you

Each & every word in your video is true.. I had a very bad experience with my previous company.. So much internal politics & they ruined my performance, manipulated stats & when i raised my voice against these games being played they asked me to resign saying i have behavior issue.. I was about to complete 5 years but they did this game just a month prior to it..
Otherwise they were to pay gratuity

My father was working for 7 years in a company as the plant head in the engineering department and that same year he got the best plant head award among the other 8 plants . It was his 25 th year working as an engineer. It was his 2nd company .
Everything was going good but the after half an year the boss said you need to resign and kept forcing him and so my father did resign .
Like seriously I was so angry with the companys boss .
My father never slacked in his work also he also went to office on Sundays for few hrs to check weather everything was going ok ..
When he knew that now he has no choice than leaving the company he started remaining always in tension and sad .
We as a family tried our best to cheer him up but fact that he had to leave hi job at a age of 50 years was just sad .
But can't your father join another company?
Ya he did but it was not easy amid pandemic .
Why your father didn't went for govt job?
They were forced to leave a company because of age, companies are now betting their money in younger so they can force all youngers to do work from office as they have good immunity

Thanks a lot for this bro . this is really really informative to anyone entering corporate world. Specially in our country where most of the people in past few years were attracting towards shiny white collar corporate jobs rather than gov. and industrial field jobs.
Please make a video on the taxation system as well and compensation plans that company provide on the name of salary to a candidate. i know you have already made one related to it and great thanks for that as well, but a bit more from taxation and how new joiners with one to three years of exp in company , having no idea how taxation in india works, need this info from a person like you .

Easy & fantastic explaintion 💞 Love from odisha bro o

Never mind.
The real assets for performing better are;
-Skill sets & cross functional capabilities.
-Ability to gell with the team.
-Ability to network professionally.
-Good manners, respect, dignity, be approachable, tolerance.
Jai Hind!
Hey! After spending so many years in corporate sector, what do you think is better for upcoming gen? If one has to choose between govt jobs sector (ofc they are still hard to get) and corporate sector (offers no job security but higher ranks are paid very well) which one would be a better option and why?

How is marriage and resignation related?
You should have complained about that to management
Imo corp large caps are much better than these small cap organization. They just beleive in hiring and firing. If you want growth, join a small cap else a large cap for comfort and better security✌🏼

Termination letter is never good that's why employees opt for self-resignation as it impacts their future job opportunities. There's no way around this unless you are doing job for fun and don't mind a termination letter under your belt.
Yes you are right. Because it's not a big deal for a company to pay you 3-4 months extra salary but once they terminate you then phir pade raho.
But only the company and the employee knows if they're being terminated. How's it going to impact future employment unless the person wasn't terminated for performance issues? And it's not like ki every company does a background check from previous company while hiring you.
@@sud8981 No bro... You are wrong. There is something called Experience letter or certificate in which it is clearly mentioned how many years you have worked in that company and whether you have resigned or have been terminated. And you have to submit it in every company you join to claim your experience.
@@ashrafmohammad2784 this stupidity of experience letter is only in India. In US, no company gives experience letter, your payslips are more than enough.
Nothing happen with termination letter I worked for 15 years and then they asked for resignation but I refused then next day they terminated but I was happy but i was having excellent performance throughout 15 years.
Within a month I got offer letter from Dubai construction company for software development and joined and till now doing work from home.
So nothing happens if you are terminated.
