I love how his videos are straight to the point. He doesnt do some annoying intro. He doesnt promote anything. Just gets into it. Doesnt go on and on about useless information, just the info we need.
I’m a former amateur fighter and today I train and spar to stay in shape and after listening to this video in its entirety. Your solid, this is good stuff.
I am old and taking boxing for the first time... been going to workouts for about a year now.. I am really OLD and cannot move like you do in this vid but I take what I can do and use it... many thanks...
as someone who has very limited resources in beginning to box, i'd just like to say that these videos are enormously helpful for self teaching. thank you so much! ^^
nice video bro. u know by helping ppl defend themselve helps prevent crime. Also w/ non stop practice it's helps keep ppl busy on self knowledge and betterment. thanks keep up the good work.
All THESE TYPE VIDS GIVES ME MORE STRENGTH FOR MY BBOYING N INSPIRATION ALL THE BOXING VIDS PERIOD HAS SOME BBOYING INSPIRATION N ITS OBVIOUS WHY.🤺👟🧢👊🤺
I've been watching your videos for a long time ever since you made that high school self defence vid and when you were sparring with your friends in your school uniform n shit. I just want to say that you have come so far with your skill set, it's unbelievable! Keep making these vids man, best fight tips channel out there by far!
I've recently gotten very interested in martial arts. For the past month I've been doing leg stretches and kicking the heavy bag practicing Mauy Thai. something funny I noticed was all Asian martial arts seem to ignore agility on your feet and compensate with blocks. I feel like mixing the agility of boxing with the blocks of mauy Thai would be dangerous
Damn, Shane. I'm constantly amazed at how effortless you make these moves seem. I know it's wrong to compare, but since I'm just starting to get more comfortable with my footwork, and considering you're my trainer, you sure know how to give a guy an inferiority complex ;-)
Dear Sir, excellent footwork and preserntation for trainees to see the area around us, just without suggestions which way to go , such as moving backward at 45 against shorter or moving forward at 45 angles against taller opponents, etc. Best regards. Paul , 66, retired instructor of Karate
Shane, I'm a big fan of your vids. Keep them coming. I really like this one. I will be emulating that foot work and those drills bright and early tomorrow. Cheers, brother... 💯
Shane those dance moves. Too legit. I bet you in the club KILLIN' EM. But this will definitely be on my cardio work out routine, slap some 5 lb weights on my legs and see you on the other side.
Nice little tutorial you have here bro... I really liked the moves, you make it seem so easy lol and bonus for the historical references. Keep up the good work...
bro, I start my boxing and kicking training by seeing your videos, I mostly train in my home with very less equipments like punching bag and some dumbles only, I want a video so I can train myself for punching and kicking by less equipments and I want to say I m following you and pls give me a video for perfect home training
thank you always monster on the foot work drills the forgotten art never been a good boxer as a kid but naturaly agile on the feet good wrestler/taekwondo kicker always wanted to be a boxer/kung fu guy...and got stiff.from .Mexican so everyone i know box traditional.but returning to freestyle/mma with the skill honed not limited....and you helped a lot specially with that ali side step and others...your a good coach even mma teachers get stuck in pattern...but you mix it nice.
You had to use the elbow for the knockout !😂😂 . Oh man i can fight very well without foot work drill . You making me stop the foot work exercise 😂😂😂. You really have some nice foot work skills . Thanx alot
i love your videos men, there are really simple to understand, and are veary efective. i learn a lot of , from your videos be happy my friend, you are a inspirtation for me greetings from colombia.
Nice moves, good footwork shizzle is really hard to come across; a follow along 20 or 30 minute workout where you shout out these moves would be cool. As a what I'd call an advanced beginner/low level intermediary I still struggle to put it all together with style and grace and find cues great for drilling it into muscle memory and building up a flow which later can be cut up to be totally original
I love how his videos are straight to the point.
He doesnt do some annoying intro. He doesnt promote anything. Just gets into it. Doesnt go on and on about useless information, just the info we need.
