      @@MinecraftInfo2000 Hi! You have all the information on FSCs here www.every-energy.com/what-is-fsc
      I would add from experience that in order for FSCs to be very effective in health vitality, strength, you have to drink a lot of FSC structured water. To structure the water I fill in a third of a 1 liter glass bottle (350ml or so) each day and put it on an FSC one hour. One bottle for each FSC. I drink the water in the day so I have 4 bottles to drink each day plus 2/3 liter of water for FSC N°1 from waking up until 5pm and 2/3 liter of water for FSC N°2 from 5pm until waking up the next day and I place all FSCs on a belt around my waist so that they work on my organs strengthening, cleansing, purifying them. FSC 1 and 2 are the most important ones as they make all other FSCs more powerful. So you have to have them first. I place the FSCs under the pillow at night making sure they are separated as they lose their power if they are too close, they have to be at least 8 cm apart. Also it is important to place N°1 under food and drinks plates/glasses for recharge until 5pm, it also purifies a food in case it is out of date, same for food after 5pm with N°2. I use N°2 to shower by placing it on the tap when water flows, the water is automatically recharged and I can tell you that the skin becomes soft like velvet, it is unbelievable and spots just vanish. My strength keeps increasing even after almost 8 months, I do 3 hour long walks plus more than twice more gym without any fatigue and my sleep is deep and of top quality, I never feel tired during the day as I used to. As soon as I put my head on the pillow with N°2 under, I start falling asleep with no return hehe ! So if you need to do something before !!! put it under the pillow after.
      I use FSCs for physical health but also to help with meditations like Kailash, Black mountain, Lhasa, they are great for experiencing our true powerful spiritual nature, it is a real support in our spiritual path, the true path of existence before life in society, also for increasing confidence (N°16)
      Hope this helps! I can help further if you need. Best !

    I am so grateful I discovered Qigong. I was suffering from severe post traumatic stress syndrome. I was doing my daily Yoga for 6 years and it also helped me a lot, but when I started practicing Qigong on a daily basis healing was taking place on a much deeper level and also much faster than with Yoga. I thank all the Qigong masters.

      "what" is definitely not zen or tao or nirvana. I don't know, maybe it is the subconscious.

    • @Falconbridge9
      @Falconbridge9 7 лет назад +9

      Zen or chien or Dhyana are all terms for state of mindless consciousness or Consciousness without interference of mind;
      Western(ized) version of that term is "Meditation" but it is not understood correctly because nowadays 99% of people are using that term as a verb or putting it instead of visualization , contemplation imagination or etc. (and it is neither of those);
      p.s. no need to go full berserk and insulting on somebody who wanted to tell you something with different approach to answer;
      he insinuated that "what" can not be used to ask about something which is not something (more lack of);

    • @Falconbridge9
      @Falconbridge9 7 лет назад +2

      "Great" dude, it seems you know "what" is "everything" and you must be either very near to state of Paraviragya and/or "Nagna Satya" (the naked truth); so instead of asking "what" is Zen you should maybe lead all of on the path of your deep insights ?
      lead us oh "great", pissed of & frustrated "Sadhu", oh lead us;

    • @Falconbridge9
      @Falconbridge9 7 лет назад +5

      p.s. once again, you can not decide when will you become "dhyana" or when will you "go" to "meditate" (it is not a VERB !!!)., also you can not reach something "trough" meditation because "meditation" is by itself already a state of mindless consciousness;
      It is also called Kensho or Satori or temporary flash of conscious self without interference of mind (it is all depending on many parameters, mentalities and things like thoughts per second, degrees of Astral, Kauzal and/or super Cauzal realms of Self unknown existence etc.)
      Meditation sometimes, maybe, very rarely, happens to some, very few people, usually not Western;
      that term you use claiming you used it to "reach" mindless consciousness is already mindless consciousness and its root word is Dhyana;
      I am sorry you dont understand that "Meditation" is simply, very incorrect translation of something you think you know and something you insinuate to be practice or an exercise leading to something like empty mind but its not;;
      It already is that;
      nvm, just stay enlightened and lead us oh "wise one"....

Tai chi is not just a exercise but it spiritually awakens you and pours in the qi energy into your body. I find this practice very compatible and similar in my religion of Islam especially in Indonesia.

    I was admittedly Leary of watching this video, because all too often, “westerners” appropriate Black, and Brown people’s contributions. Your opening statements, let me know that you would respect the culture of origin. That you continued to refer to Chinese culture, while putting things into terms that “westerners” have been taught to think in, is remarkable! I’m on my own journey with Qi Gong, after suffering a TBI. My symptoms are so severe, that I’m completely disabled, for nearly four years. I’ve been able this be consistent with a 20 minute routine, for a little over a month, and am trying to deepen my understanding. This video, will become part of my collection. To answer your question, we are all ver definitely connected to each other, and to everything in the universe! The more we all begin to understand, and embrace this, the better off we’ll all be, as will the universe. Harm to another, is harm to myself, and all energy in the universe. Peace in myself, is peace to all others, and the universe.

      It’s my genuine belief that God does not approve of Tai Chi. Tai Chi is based on the Taoist belief of a universal energy, specifically there is no “one God”. I see so many Christians who say “but I don’t do the spiritual stuff”, not realizing that you cannot separate the spiritual from the physical. Please research the spiritual incompatibility of tai chi and Christianity.

    It’s good for circulation. They have moves for different organs and it’s also good for slowing down the mind. Some people exvercise fast to increase metabolism burn fat etc. but I think sometimes a good excercise is slowing down which is hard to do for someone with anxiety or ptsd and I like this very much.

    Wonderful video explaining this in easy-to-understand terms. I used to train in Aikido, and now that I have acquired a traumatic brain injury (rear temporal and occipital lobes and cerebellum), I can no longer stand without assistance. I still want to strengthen and develop my Chi/Ki - hoping it will be healing to my brain. Would Tai Chi or Qigong be helpful for that? What would you recommend? With respect and a grateful heart, Greenleaf.

    • @najat5779
      @najat5779 5 лет назад +1

      Hi Miss Greenleaf, so sorry to read about your TBI. Kudos to you for wanting to move beyond where you are, mentally and physically! I also live with the condition after one almighty sideswipe from a little old lady driving a very big car some years ago...thank You G-d I'm out of the wheelchair and for the last two years off the cane, too (yay, chiro!). Now I'm ready to restart my journey in Qigong and Tai Chi... Either would, I believe, be an excellent path for you as well with one modification: I recommend you research DVDs or YT vids on either of the two with an emphasis on Medical or For Healing. There are more available than you might think. Master Helen Liam (cancer survivor to boot) or Dr Jwing-Ming Yang are two excellent resources. I wouldn't necessarily avoid anything labelled For Cancer," because the underlying focus is still the engagement of the mind/body's innate capacity for healing. Oh, yes, we are wonderfully and fearfully made! ;-)
      Hope this is of help, I realise you posted a year ago. Kind regards.
