    I like that you consider people not learning quickly quickly, instead you are patient and show every position slowly and several times so it is easy to follow and learn. Thanks!

    New Qi gong routine to help you feel grounded! Quite often people mention how "unsettled" they feel these days. This routine will help you get "grounded" in your body, and feel strong and stable.
    I was trying to hide the fact that my feet were slipping out from underneath me in this beautiful oak forest!

    As an older(ish) person taking blood pressure meds this is perfect. Power yoga is unsafe for me because of the head inversions. This routine (slightly modified) raises my heart rate and helps me to maintain my balance. I combine it with some moderate dumbell excercises and I feel great.

    Thank you for showing us this exercise. I really felt the jittery energy in my body dissipate and a strength and calmness slowly come in. I’m going to do it as one of my daily practices for awhile. I too love the imagery of the giant oaks solidly rooted in the earth. I’m going to keep that image in my brain to help me grow in my own stability. Blessings!

      Sir plz let me know thr z any video or paid video for hara chakra activation..element..arua..

    • @ThinkVitalityQiGong
      @ThinkVitalityQiGong  7 лет назад

      Hara chakra activation, dan tian activation, and microcosmic orbit is advanced Qi gong. I don't teach that online because I think that type of Qi gong should be practiced under expert supervision.
      What I practice and teach will help build the foundation for the advanced work. The body, the meridians, and the qi has to be well balanced before beginning the advanced work. You may want to explore "Nei Jing" if you haven't already.
      We have a series called the 4 Seasons that will safely build your foundation if you are interested qigongforvitality.vhx.tv/four-seasons
      You can always try it out for 7 days and see if you like what we have!🙂
      Keep practicing!
