I just want to say this: I play guitar for a living and (as with most serious guitarists) my many hours of practise etc has left me with lower back pain. I have tried everything but your exercises are beginning to help me. I have practised yoga so I have developed my own routine (based on yours with added exercises). I can now bend over to do work on my house without as much pain and for a longer period of time. I just wanted to thank you.
Such a few simple, gentle exercises; yet, I could feel energy flowing through parts of the body - except the hands. Thank you Jeff. Your presence alone is already healing.

If you practice daily, and meditate energy radiating from the heavens through your fingers all through your body. Over time you should start experiencing more and more energy.
This was an awesome practice that made me feel fully alive before I go to my sitting job. When I retire in 2 months, I will be joining the CommunityQi!! I can't WAIT!!!! THANK YOU, Jefferey!!!💃

I cannot express how grateful I am! Just minutes before I tried your exercises for the first time, I could not dance or get up easily from the bed, my back was very tight and painful. I did your exercises only once for like 20 min and now I can dance again! I feel the pain much less! I will do this every day from now. God bless you!

This was really nice! My PT encouraged me to try, to get a gentle way to move my body with fibromyalgia. As a total beginner I felt it was easy to follow. My muscles got warm and my joints feel more loosened, without feeling unstable 😊 I will definitely try more of your videos and use it regularly. My back and hips feel more relaxed after😊🥳🙏

I love this. I am just recovering from polymyalgia rheumatica (I hope) but some of my muscles are weak and also my circulation is bad. Steroids have helped but also played havoc. I am coming off them now and I think that this routine will help me to build back some strength and circulation, especially I need it for hear and vascular strength which is helped by good muscles. And your style makes me feed so chilled too. Thank you
I had recently had an injury, to my hand, and didn't realize how much the response to the pain, and constantly adjusting my movements for the injury, had made me feel so tense and unbalanced. This routine helped align my body again, and I could feel the qi flowing through it much more naturally.
