Due to how common and popular anxiety is we created a course on taking care of your anxiety using qigong called "From A to Z - Anxeity to Zen."
    qigongforvital...
It has a lot of info, tools, and tips with full qigong routines that will specifically help anxiety. They are in the Communi Qi, so there is a small cost, but you can try it for 7 days at no cost!
Qi gong practice is great for stimulating the healing of several different problems; anxiety, stress, and depression being one of the many.
If you would like a free 7 day trial of the Communi Qi that has many Qi Gong routine such as this one, come visit us here:
    qigongforvital...
While you should always make sure that you are under the care of a primary healthcare provider, qi gong practice can greatly help calm your mind and body down.
This is a traditional qi gong routine that helps "push" stagnant qi out of the body. When we have 'stress' of any sort, it causes the qi to become stagnant. When you get an acupuncture treatment, exercise, and practice meditation, qi gong, tai chi, or yoga you can move your qi.
This routine specifically helps move stagnant qi from stress when it is causing:
    -chest tightness
    -anxiety
    -depression
    -palpitations, irregular heart beat
    -insomnia
    -repetitive looping thoughts
    -throat tightness
    -excessive or no appetite
    -digestion problems
    -sweating
    -weakened immune system
    -nightmares
Practice this routine every day. After you have done it 10 times or so, you will probably remember it, so you can practice even twice a day. Let me know what you experience!

I started doing this routine after I had my first baby. It was a traumatic pregnancy and delivery that left me with post partum depression and PTSD. After a week of following along with this video before bed I realized my nightmares had decreased greatly.
Side note: I'm doing much better now. My daughter will be 2 in October and we will welcome our new baby to the world in January. ❤

dear Jeffrey, I've been feeling anxiety for several days now.. I go on 2-3 nature walks a day, meditate, and do qi qong a few times daily. I did this video with you 2 times in a row. I feel a bit better and less tension in the chest. I find no matter how well I take care of myself the anxiety/depression seems to still "be around". so thanks for your teachings and l love your way of teaching... My dream: my goal in life: to feel a sense of peace inside that makes me feel more relaxed..Be well, be safe, peace, Mark

      Hi Markus,
I want you to know that you are doing great and that I believe one day you will have a peace and calm. Another thing that helped me was reading CBT books on anxiety and also watching Mark Tyrrell on RUclips. I have found him to be incredibly informed and very helpful to me.

I have ADD and have finally come to realize that I have been living with chronic low grade anxiety all my life... and its flip side, depression from all that I have avoided due to it...I am now learning how to find, relax and calm all the sensations.... upset nerves were ever they may be triggered through out my body....checking for holding and tightness anywhere and consciously relax them....But i also think many people with chronic anxiety/depression may be trauma survivors ...and could use more specialized support

      Thank you!
I honestly think qi gong is one of the best tools to help adrenal fatigue. Horse stance is especially helpful.
If you haven't already you may want to read the book "Adrenal Fatigue: The 21st Century Stress Syndrome" by Wilson. It is an easy read, and it can validate the symptoms you have and give you plenty of ideas to help heal. Here is a link amzn.to/2mFVzcX
I'd love to visit Hungary someday, looks so beautiful!

I have had anxiety for decades. Mornings are the worst time of day. When I get up and do Qi gong, it helps tremendously. This morning I did this routine and visualized very strongly pushing away the worry, and at the end I felt a sense of peace and love. I also practice reiki. Qi gong is part of my preparation before doing reiki as it helps clear my energy so I can focus my intention more strongly during reiki. Thank you for your wonderful videos. I keep sharing them on facebook and with family and friends. Now more than ever do people need this healing modality.

Hello Jefrey- I am in an extreme anxiety situation and as soon as I am revisited by the patterns of thoughts that activate fear and stress I stop and do this whenever I can. It helps me feel relief and minimizes the intruder thoughts. I know that it isn't the situation, it's my response to it and this helps me have the perception of myself that I can control my response. Thank you so much!

Hi Jeff, I have some kind of stress that I don't understand the true source of. Today I tried going back to work after a 2 week break and the stress was there, even though my job is not stressful at all, so I came home and did this. I feel lighter and brighter and able to move on with my day. The problem is not gone obviously, there is work to be done there, but this really helped me cope this evening. Thank you so much.

Actually id.like to say more. Im in oregon, and loce across from the state fair. Ive been empathic all my life, and so i got into tai chi, and rapid eye institute to break family patterns. Now during such devastating times with the fires, and the people that lpst thier homes, well i felt thier fear, amd it wakes me up. I know some of it is mine, however this is monumental, and cus my body is stagnant its been hitting me hard in the emotional field and spiritual field, not to mention the mental field. Thank you for making these videos, had i looked for them sooner, i wouldnt be so inindayed withe both my stagnation and thiers. Please send reiki energy to the state fair grounds in Salem, Oregon. So many have come here from losing thier homes in the fire. Thank you, namaste.

Ok so my experience:i did feel a lightness after the first three positions. and after the routine i felt light and open. i went to Qi Gong here in my home town twice/ i have some personally challenges so i stopped going. but those two times , the next days were pretty amazing. i shared it with the instructor. There was an openness and grounded joy that was present throughout the day. it worked for my anxiety while swimming. At present i have a flu and a very tight chest and sinuses stuffy. i feel some lightness or openness. but maybe i am someone who feels it the next day. i'm not sure. i do feel some sense of vitality. will get back to you on that. i will be practising using this video for the rest of the week. I am doing a partial home Mindfulness Awareness Retreat. it includes sitting, mindful tasks, study, eating Fresh fruits and veggies and juices and water. I am not suppose to be using any technology during this. LOL! This is a good cheat though. :). Until tomorrow.

thank you. i am gonna look for a video you may have around sleep. i feel exhausted. retreats an do that. i wanted to mention that when i started my mindful meditation today, tears came and i cried for a portion of sitting. it was great. i felt i was releasing, letting go. can you speak to this. i have not cried like that during meditation, and i was struggling,. my pain in my neck and shoulder was intense. so once i sat i noticed my experience was so different compared to how i felt. i do think the qi gong plated a big rile in this. i think there was a shift or a more open experience.

Perfect for my recently diagnosed Kidney condition which left me totally exhausted. In August 2017 I found your Utube routines and they really work for me and are the best Qi Gong sequences I have experienced. I have been relying on Qi Gong learnt previously in class and online to keep me going since lung condition diagnosed 20 years ago though this is under control now thanks to breathing QI Gong. However your sequences which I am working through daily help me get out of my waking up negativity as life problems just keep coming at me. So thank you. The energy from your Utube routines have given me amazing days in my retirement which I never experienced even when younger, am now 78 yrs. These keep me out of hospital and away from the doctors surgery which confused and frustrated me since collapsing from exhaustion at 57 years. Many thanks.

I'm so glad that these videos are helpful! It sounds like you've had a lot of medical issues in the last little while. Keep at the qi gong practice, and I am sure your "root health" will continue to improve. At 78, you're just getting warmed up!🙂🔥

Jeffery, I have Parkinson’s and just started doing Qigong yesterday. Am praying this helps as I am off Parkinson’s meds because it was making my panic disorder worse! I am so glad to have found your videos! Thank you for sharing, I know it won’t happen over night but praying this will relieve a lot of symptoms, along with the walking and Rock Steady boxing I do three times a week! I’m 71 and walk one mile every day and do seated exercise for seniors a couple of times a week also. God Bless!!

You might consider acupuncture. I have had a huge transformation over the last two years thanks to a great acupuncturist. I no longer take any meds and feel twenty years younger.

Todd, do you have Parkinson’s or were your meds due to something else? If it’s too personal, I totally understand! I have been off carboleva/sinemet for 6 weeks. I still take anxiety med. My neuro said I may have to get back on sinimet if symptoms come back worse. How do you find someone who does acupuncture? I guess google it lol. Thanks! I will check into it!

@@EmilyMelancon-wh9hr I’m happy to talk about my journey. I had prostate cancer and the treatments left me a hot mess. Hormones were a disaster, all sorts of prostate symptoms, and a list of other problems I attributed to getting older. Within 6 months I was taking no meds of any kind and felt 30 years younger. I highly recommend it!

Thx so much, Jeff, for this and all your videos. I caught a bad case of Delta in Nov - lasted 2 months. Still dealing with covid-related anxiety, not about specific things, but a constant general feeling of anxiety in my brain vs specific issues. I like this routine since it deals with breathing. Is it a coincidence that I did a lot of yawning while doing it? I enjoy your videos - they got me started doing QG daily when the pandemic started over 2 yrs ago (only missed 3 days, one of which was my worst covid day). Along with exercise, walking, Zumba, creativity, etc., QG keeps me going! Thank you again!

this is wonderful - thank you . i had been taught exercises like this many years ago when i did Therapeutic touch and other modalities. A few years ago i started doing Tai Chi to help me get better after and accident - and this year i had another accident which created new injuries as well as aggravating the post concussion syndrome. i am doing physiotherapy and picked up my Tai Chi again - but i am also finding i need something extra for the stress , and the anger from the issues of the accident and the pain i am in.
