Thank you! I do Qigong everyday, different routines throughout the day. I try to do 4-5 times 10-40 minute. What’s the maximum time we should dedicate to Qigong practice, ideally?

When I did the right hand on the heart and the left hand on the stomach, I extended it more and it felt like a hug. And it made me cry. It has been so long since I loved myself. This really helped me. Thank you!

Why none of those teachers speak about the Qigong Deviation? It is a dangerous side effect that can make you sick. It occurs with a variety of serious negative physiological or psychological changes & symptoms. I just found out today. I felt great after 3 sessions but then anxiety, fear, and panic attacks occurred out of nowhere. The teacher knows how it works for him but what about our healing? Can you please comment and advise on how to fix the deviation and enter Zen again? An important piece of information is missing and I would appreciate your help 🙏
