Thank you for a wonderful video ❤️ I get so much energy stuck in my body, as I am a freezer when I get anxious, and didn’t even realize how much qi gong could help.
I'm sorry that you feel this way, I understand because I live alone and feel the same way too. If I don't have music playing I will start to get really creeped out feeling but even with music on it doesn't help all of my feelings. I hope things will be better for you in 2024

We can always pray: "God, let me feel Your love, let me feel Your presence. Help me, please." When i ask Him for help, i feel it immediately. This is my experience now.

This video has guided me through many hard moments lately. I just keep this tab open on my computer. It never ceases to ground me, soothe me, and connect me to the abundance of my physical body in this moment. Thank you.
I learned these moves years ago from Chunyi Lin- he names it spring forest qigong . I flew back and forth to Minnesota, no zoom back then . This is nice watching with the mountains in the background . I thought my Master made these moves up lol, well he basically took the easiest moves and made them into a course. These are great moves he is showing to open the channels and meridians and quickly and easily get the chi flowing . This practice brings your mind into the body in a calm state to bring balance. Telling your organs and systems you love them and thank you was also taught. When you are in a sense of gratitude you cannot feel stress or anxiety. I love he sends gratitude to Mother Earth- this every human should do every day .
I am recovering from an illness, and I am happy to see this- it is very helpful. I did it after doing Thich Man Tue's tea meditation. A great combination if you are not feeling strong. Thank you!
2weeks ago my beloved dog passed away suddenly from dental surgery. I am so devastated and so very heartbroken 💔 and sad.😢. I think this is exactly what I need to do. Thank you so much for your awesome videos ❤️ I look forward to participating and seeing them all. 😇 🙏
Try to focus on your breathing. Imagine breathing in from your heart and out from your heart, each time a bubble of light expands out and around your body, with pink, white and gold colors. You may add or change the colors depending what your inner vision is giving you. For some reason I am seeing green, blue and purple for you. Each time you breathe in and out , expand this bubble till it fills your room all around you. You can make it as large or small as you feel comfortable. You can call in your angels, ascended master guides, your loved ones that have passed over, and/or your higher self- yo join you in this bubble of light. you are protected, you are safe, you are beautiful and you are very, very Loved.❤
