First time doing this tonight , I found the standing on one leg difficult but kept going and I can do it , just getting fitness back after having uterine cancer hysterectomy , need to lose weight and to bring blood sugar to normal . Thank you I love your teaching .

@@socianicmedia9702 You lose weight by eating in a calorie deficit and exercise, this video helps you avoid food cravings by being grateful to your own body, and also removing the needs of any excess binge eating making you more conscious of the foods you eat. This is my experience and yes I lost weight but again exercise and eating in a caloric deficit is the main important thing you can use this video as help when you are overwhelmed or need to ground yourself. Better to do this video everyday because the benefits are really good for your mental aspect.

I love your exercises and try to do them daily as Ido feel they help my chronic condition. I could do quite a lot of this one but standing on one leg without support is very difficult for me. Is there any way I could adapt that part of the routine? Again many thanks for the help and encouragement you give us.

I follow Brother Insight but this routine is new to me. Can someone share your weight loss success?
No idea how this helps with weight loss but I feel good and helping me become at peace with the failing feeling of not enoughness that is the pressure of weight loss.
I have one problem though, my bladder no likey the body shaking. Have you any recommendations for bladder control and pelvic floor for me (51 and never had a child yet weak bladder and pelvic floor).
