    This is seriously a LIFE HACK. I don't need to spend $80 a week on acupuncture visits anymore for my acid reflux and breathing issues. As soon as I feel an attack coming and the mucus and burning trapped in my lungs unable to breathe, immediately after I start this 10 minute routine it is completely healed and I can breathe!!!! This is free, and 10 minutes of this is POWERFUL! Anyone suffering from breathing and stomach issues NEEDS to do this! It's a CUREALL! I am so thankful for your amazing videos and you are saving me a LOT of money.

      I’ve been suffering from acid reflux, stomach and back issues, breathing issues for years. Regular doctors can never ‘find’ anything… I think it’s stress and trapped tension. These exercises are really good. I used to do ballet so I’m pretty flexible and sometimes I’d just stretch my body in some of these ways because it felt good but it’s so nice to have an expert demonstrating it all so well and for free. What an awesome man. Thank you ❤

      @@1984sanjubaba, Yes. I do. Just trying to be helpful. The difference between watch and see is a difficult one to grasp. I used to teach English. And it’s grammar not grammer. I still spell things wrong and there’s still some grammar I can’t seem to get right.

    Recovering from my 3rd bout of covid. When I started this routine 5 days ago, every inch of me hurt and I was exhausted. This morning I woke up felling Luke Tony the Tiger--Grrreat!

    Oh my gosh.... I woke up at 1230 and couldn't go back to sleep. I have it be at work by 530 am and I was so worried about feeling tired and having a bad day. Then I found this video!!! I did this routine and now I feel AMAZING!!! I can now face my day with a more positive attitude and plenty of energy. Thank you so much.

    I didnt expect it, but i enjoyed this silent one more than a talking one...which i also enjoyed. Its more meditative i guess...and what a view, you're so lucky to live in such a peaceful place. I will try to practice qi gong everyday...i have many health issues, and i was intuitively drawn to this.

    This is my 4th day in a row and it’s life changing this now will be like brushing my teeth don’t think want to start the day with this marvellous time for myself and to be grateful to my body and to breath with consciousness, I just feel so much better throughout the day.     I am beginning to love this again as it is needed before and after my day of work and task. It's been a couple of years or so since I first started. I especially love the end when I'm thinking loving and compassionate thoughts about my body for the health, life, vitality and strength that it holds.

    I did a deep clean of my environment and since have felt very emotional and physically unwell from allergens lowering my immune system. Felt so calm and physically better by 80% after coming across this practice. Thank you so much, I will incorporate this into my routine 🙏❤️

    I love these 10 minute routines and have been doing them every morning. Its great to get the Qi flowing and blood moving as I've been experiencing fatigue for months. I'd love to see more of these 10-12 min silent routines! So relaxing- thank you!

    This has really changed how I’m able to start my day. I always wake up with such pain in my body & have tried everything from chiropractor to stretching but these particular movements help relieve pain in 12 minutes. I think the breathing you demonstrate is very helpful. Thank you for sharing.

    I love doing all the workout videos. It's really working. It's halping with stress and helps me to relax. Especially helps me to sleep. I am really noticing how much energy I have through out the day. I love all the videos. ❤

    About 2 months ago I dislocated my L2 and digestion completely stopped within 2 days. Went to a chiropractor (a week after the injury) to get straightened up (it took 4 treatments to turn the spine so it could be adjusted; digestion returned to normal and then had the dislocated vertebra popped back into place on the 5th visit) Had acid reflux for about 2 hours after that adjustment. I'm still recuperating.
    I practice qigong maybe once a week or more and Tai Chi. I am certain that doing these routines prevented me from injuring myself more seriously and have helped me recuperate faster. Had I gone to a "medical clinic" I'd probably be taking pain meds, muscle relaxers and constipation remedies on a daily basis. Thank you for developing these routines.💖
