Thanks for your boxing tutorials. As someone who can naturally switch from southpaw to orthodox, and vice versa (I'm ambidextrous) these sorts of footwork drills are extremely valuable. It really throws people off for a second when you suddenly have the other leg forward, and as you know more than most, a second is all we need.
Peace out bro. X

Amazing video Thankyou
Hey Tony. Love that video. So much to practice there.
I do have another training question. I read a lot of different people, giving a lot of conflicting advice about strength training for fighters. Everything from using weights to chopping wood to callistenics to no strength training at all to ext have been claimed to be best for boxing and combat sports for power development. It's my understanding that Olympic teams have scientists who study training methods and would know the answer to that. So I would like to hear you on the subject.
Definitely a bonus thanks Tony well needed in our gym!
I agree mate - a must have in a gym

thanks My men , it's t amazing
Love your work Champ great foot work 👍
Hi Tony - love your vids mate - they’re really helping me out as I start my boxing journey.
One question for ya - on the continuously stepping back 1-2’s it looks like you throw the 1 while stepping back with your back/opposite foot, then throw the 2 when your lead foot comes back - is this the foot/hand sync that I should learn when I’m doing drills to practice my 1-2 while stepping away from an opponent to keep them arm’s length away, or was it done that way just for ladder exercises?
Going to do it now
Top thank you
Love these!
Glad you like this drills ma man - try this!

Hi, great, thanks
Thanks Tony. My feet are currently like an elephants however doing some of the simpler drills in this video will help me. I even played them in 0.25 speed to process them better but had to mute because your slo-mo voice was kind of spooky.
Great video as always!😄😄😄

Hi Tony
Could you please do a video on rolling under punches? As I find the movement very awkward and it hurts my lower back. Plus I can't seem to react with it in sparring, as easily as slipping or dodging.
Thanks a lot!
Thanks man, really appreciate it🔥🔥🇿🇦
More to come mate!
Awesome tips😊👍🏼💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽🥊
Glad you enjoyed coach Ruel!
Thanks I am trying to quit crossing my feet and be more agile, can you do some stuff on psychology of fighting inside and outside of the ring. You know stuff like dealing with fear and intimidation. Going against guys much taller than you etc
Thank you sir
Your welcome John
Couldn't buy this help. Thanks Tony. From Ireland ☘️
Perfect time to recommend this! I just laugh because my footwork is awful but like we walk everyday right? I'm just clumsy 😂.
