Woke at 3.30am with horrid nerve pain in my shoulder/upper arm. Listening to this wonderful soothing music and voice got me relaxed enough to sleep again. Thank you so much!🙏
This feels so wonderful, especially during this time when our culture tries to put us in a frenzy of go, do and buy. Resting into the embrace of our Earth Mother, inviting and opening into her embrace resets my body to this season. Thank you.

17/12/22 Saturday. Thank you Ally! Feeling so much gratitude for Yoga Nidra in my life and to have found such a wonderful guide as you! This practice today felt particularly poignant ....I've been finding the bitter cold and dark here in Scotland quite challenging, but during this practice I felt a seismic shift deep in my being ...a welcoming and deep appreciation of the fertile ground of winter, the natural cycles and rythms of the seasons, the turning of our world around our star . Breathing deeply and knowing the truth of this in my heart and bones! Namaste!🙏
Oh how I love Yoga Nidra! It is so wonderful when my insomnia kicks in and I do not get a lot of sleep. I am doing Yoga Nidra 2 to 3 times a day now along with Hatha Yoga & Restorative Yoga, Morning/Noon/Night. I find that it really helps me decompressed the daily stresses throughout my day in a way that keeps me focused and dare I say MORE productive in LESS time. What is the phrase, “Work Smarter, Not Harder”? While I have understood this phrase intellectually, I am just now finally appreciating the embodiment of it!
