I hope you plan to make a "follow-up" video of the impressions you got from the trip. What did you learn, how did the different cars sound and so on. Did you get any aha-moments? How does your own car/tune compare to others? Love the content!!🤙
Was thinking exactly this. I'd be particularly interested in your impressions of how those systems sound compared to your own. You've put a good deal of work into your own car, would be curious how you think you stack up.
Your average American that lives in a large city takes 15-20 minutes trips 90 percent of the time. I can't speak for those that in less populated areas. Just came across your channel recently. Enjoying the content. 👍
Does it differ so much of having midbase in the "kicks" just in front of the door instead of having them in the front of the door. It just a difference of about one speaker diameter length.
Hey buddy! Great to see you back making videos. I also have that audio spectrum analyzer. Would you mind terribly explaining how you've installed it? The wiring from head unit to DSP etc. You've a great way of explaining. Also, it looked like you've made it work with a microphone as well? Please do tell?
At the moment as I am just testing it out, it works with a built in microphone. But I am planing to connect the line in directly to the DSP so have electrical signal. As now it picks up my voice, any background noise. There is a jumper to disable the microphone. I like it, looks cool😎
Both subwoofers are used in conjunction to have a perfect spectral balance with no gaps. IB sub is indeed mounted in a way that you can see it from outside, however it's not there to play outside the car.
@@RAW-CAt If it isn't playing outside the car why are you showing the underside of the car each time? Looks like valuable foot space is being removed from the front with the sub located there. Here I always thought that BASS isn't directional so there wouldn't be a need to have subs in multiple locations for balance more so in a small space as in cars, suv and vans. Where exactly is there a gap when you have amps on subs with 100's if not 1000's of watts being used? Seems it would only make sense if the subs were being used independently at times. I have rarely seen sub setups like this in the USA. When did this become a thing?
@@scamchan They use a front sub to 1) deal with cancellations due to the physics of the room (inside a car) that affects the response regardless of sub and wattage used at that location 2) help center the bass upfront vs pulled to the rear 3) use a larger driver for midbass duties than a 6" in a door.
@@scamchan generic answer: it can be heard outside, only slightly more than a sub that is mounted in a traditional box within the trunk. Since wavelengths at bass frequencies are very long they travel outside the vehicles regardless of box arrangement. The intent has nothing to do with playing outside. Adding to my reasons above, the lack of spring energy from an enclosure allows the driver to play without any distortion from the box. It's often called "effortless" due to low coloration from an enclosure system. Edit: PSSound has a series (playlist) on infinite baffle sub systems. I highly recommend those videos. I think you will find them educational and entertaining.
Excellent video following you from the Rio Grande Valley in Texas love car audio.
Wish they had something like that in Orlando...
I thought it was Bristol VA, just down the road
So mine was the ST500 glad you liked the Demo and sending it loud 😂
With the adire brahma?
Love the content Nerijus. Thanks for posting.
Thanks NK. 3 hours drive doesn’t even get us to the next major Town in Australia 🤣

Excellent video, I really enjoyed your presentation of the systems.
At 16.00 an adire brahma sub. I had the first 15 in europe back in the days
Awesome stuff. If only I were a mile (or a thousand) closer..
Sounds great to me.....Can't wait until I get my trunk baffle set up in my Chrysler 300C.

you guys really love them ib builds dont you ive never seen so many in one place
I would love to do something like this🙂

Even that small distance can change the responce drastically. I have some measurements doors vs kicks somewhere in my channel.
Gyvenau Bristoly nuo 2009 iki 2013. Geras miestas pagyventi, bet dar geresnis išvykti :D (grįžau į lt su visam).
What are the things in the back of the third dudes car?

So since the sub is mounted to play outside the car. Does that mean it can be turned off to use the sub that is up front?

@@jackykimes So is the sub in the rear that is pointed downward in the trunk heard outside or what?
