Already made a change to the build. I seem to be rolling in fusion cores, so I took off Power User, moved 3 points to endurance and added Fireproof. I'm hoping that helps against the missiles in the first stage of the raid. Update: Did 3 raids and went through about 45 fusion cores. Power User is back in the build.
Speaking of fusion cores, I might’ve missed it in the video, but how is the drain with vats now? I would spend about 4-9 cores a day using vats before the changes
Since fusion core drain is based on AP cost, heavy guns will do less drain than they would in the past. Heavy VATS usage will still drain cores pretty fast though.
Not gonna lie I used a little of your build and my old one and I think it might be a done deal but thanks for helping me figure out some decent perks to run for the raid lol
What to do against the half filled cores in the inventory? i‘m someone who reloads every chance i get and i have to fight my inner demons when using the gatling plasma😂
It's hard to go back to full health builds when you've been playing unyielding all this time, losing 15 to all specials hurts, but after seeing how ricochet performs in PA, i'll give a try
For those who are afraid of Bloodied in raids, don't! With correct setup you can facetank almost everything. Facetanked ENO6 without any issues and cleared the raid twice. Tried a solo on ENO6 as well, got it to 20%. Definitely soloable even without 4 stars 😊
Nice, Wiggle. I'm fighting back and forth about that second star on the GP. Crit damage vs FFR. Without getting a crit every second shot, any idea on which is better DPS? I suppose that's almost a moot point, knowing how each will melt most enemies.
Electric Absorption, its a legendary perk card. While taking Energy Dmg you have a chance to heal you and max recharge your fusion cores while in power armor.@@pwalioid
So far all i did is move one pont from Luck to Endurance to give me 11, am a full bloody build, am using lifegiver, bullet shield, fireproof, radicool, starched genes all max, could move 3 ponts from charisma like you did into E for Thru-Hike, as to vats looks to me i would need to build a sperate special just for rads..
I would also want to know your base SPECIAL so I can follow it before adding the legendary perk cards. I am only level 400. Atleast I can use most of the perk cards you added. 😊
Swap key perk for what rads combined with union nothing can kill you ever anywhere outside the raid bs that just insta kills for pointless simulation of diffuculty
Master Infiltrator for Raids. Smh...what are you smoking. Legendary Endurance would've been a much better card. Funky Duds is practically necessary. Jank build man.
lockpicking and electric absorbtion are HUGE wastes. thats 10points you could gain, thats at most 10 cards extra you could have. thats wayyyyyy more power. Bad guide!
So here's a thought....instead telling him it's a bad guide, which I'm pretty sure he literally said this is what he's going to try out to start, not "hey do this"....then literally said he will be making changes as he goes. Maybe offer actually advice or specific info not "maybe some points here and maybe some there. If it was that bad of a "non guide" video you should clearly know what needs to be swapped out. And these are the updated changes so if it's not good, how exactly should it be different?

I don't know. I just usually go for extra damage when I can.
I like max bullet shield with max dodgy and ricochet with EA, super tanky

Vampire's could be useful in raids. I'd probably anti armor for most things.

Switch life giver for solar powered. Morw strength over littlw more health in a full health build.

I can't really answer that. A reasonable VATS heavy build needs the extra perk points from legendary SPECIALs.

They're apparently obtainable through US government supply requisition drops if you have a lot of those holotapes

you can place 5 extra points onto endurance easy! or more if needed with Special rebalancing

Electric absorption a waste?? Are you high!? That's half the reason power armor users stay alive to begin with, go troll somewhere else.
