Could never use master infiltrator as a legendary perk, there isn’t anything behind a lock worth getting once you are a high level, I only pick a lock or hack if it’s a daily challenge.
Because early on, you save a lot of perk points. I run it at level 130 still, because I'm still hunting for plans that will randomly spawn in locked boxes. Maybe I'll take it off after level 300, or 1,000. For now? I'll take my free 6 perk points for using only 1 unleveled legendary perk card. It's a utility I wouldn't go without, anyways.
@@SaranArkZero it’s not 6 extra perk points, for one u could just swap it really quick if you really wanted to get into a door or hack something, and 2 you could get 5 extra perk points if you use a special legendary perk card instead. I did only say at high levels it is useless, I get still wanting some of the plans, but I still wouldn’t give up the extra 5 special or more damage or better resistance I can get from a different card. I’m a little higher level than Turtle btw, so I’m in a different place in the game.
@@SwearWoolf I would never do a silo without photo mode glitch anymore, it’s 2 doors about 30 seconds and there are doors that can’t be unlocked without doing objectives without the glitch.
I been using a very similar build since Wastelanders came out and love it. I always think “I’m gonna make a bloodied build” but I’m just too lazy to deal with rad management. It’s always been good enough, but after Holy Fire came out, it’s genuinely easy mode. With the standard (Vampire’s) Holy Fire and What Rads, I haven’t needed a stimpack, rad-x, or rad-away, like, EVER.
Hey Angry Turtle. What is the helmet you are wearing? BTW Interesting HG build. Not what I choose though each to their own. I would definitely have One Gun Army for limb and crippling DMG. Also I assume you do realize that having lvl 2 Grenadier is why your explosive area is so large with explosive weapons as it affects all explosions.
Hey man Love your stuff! Been running your first lazy build, it is *Chef's Kiss*. Been thinking of a build called "No Camp Mode", where carry weight, Longevity between camp or train station visits are minimized. I use Melee for not having to carry ammo, power armor excavator for carry weight, & secondary focus on Int for leveling. Damage isnt REALLY necessary as most things yyou come across in the open world are not that challenging. The overall objective being, walk from one corner of the map to the other picking up everything you come across (maybe not meats or vegetables) and do it as fast as possible. I think the limiting factor will be legend. I would love to see your build for something like this. I'm always running new thing to play the game, I have another build i call "no stuff", where i go thru the open world only using what i find along the way, if i visit camp i drop everything and reset. This involves alot of perk swapping and can be very fun as long as you have some objective, (go until i have to many legendaries).
I`m running somewhat lazy build now, it`s full health carnivore with auto axe/explosives/cremators, mostly without power armor for speed. "What's rads" + "ghoulish" is a must for that case. As well as "adamantium skeleton". What is the minimum luck to get maximum durability of rewarded and spawned weapons/armors?
Rank 1 in damage perks give +10%, each subsequent rank only gives +5%. If you're budgeting hard on perk allocation, downsizing there is usually the first stop since you lose half the damage boost but only use a third of the perks to get it.

I've been running this build lately and I really like it so far. I am still working at getting the right rolls on all the weapons/armor so it will only get better from here. If you are like me and haven't rolled 20% reduced weapon weight on all your armor, swapping 3-Star Blocker for 3-Star Bear Arms is a good substitute for when you become overencumbered.

I run this, but bloodied. It's slightly more work - I use the perk that reduces damage on power armor torso. It is still quite insanely tanking with a lot of damage.
Not sure if I can get behind this I have a full health heavy gunner build that never dies and puts out insane damage without relying on anything what so ever other than being on a team. I’ve got nearly 500 carry weight while carrying only about 150 weight before any stuff I’d store. I never have to eat or use any chems and I rarely use any stims and only ever have to use rad away.
I fell into the QOL life perks early on , 2nd char (no perk station back then so changing specs was near impossible) vowed never again. Other than energy ammo reduction for fusion/plasma cores and bandolier that's about it

I have a request for you, a build that i've been trying to get working for a long time - sort of a dream project of mine. Basically a form of WK40k Commisar , dealing pain with a powerfist . No Powerarmor, just full Overeaters SS armor , bloodied and buffed. You think it could work ?.
I actually run something similar that I call a Hybrid build where I use heavy weapons and rifle/commando weapons. Works well and I’m really tanky. I also don’t run PA very much only in boss fights. It a real lazy build
Switched to sunkissed recently too. My only issue with it is I have no idea how to read the in-game time. Also diluting my stims and selling them to vendors to get rid of them. Every day I sell them 1400 caps worth of stims, but they still keep stacking up in my inventory. Propably should unequip chemist and super duper whenever I dilute them.
Im begining to miss my old lazy full HP build after seeing this. Being low health build currently really gives me headaches in terms adjusting the perks and quality of life as well. 😢
Does power user work with cores in weapons? Just fusion cores or plasma cores also? I tried level 3 which should double my shots and I still have 500 ammo either way.
If they fix the union power armour next update could you do a new guide on it? 21:42 Now that’s! A lore accurate power armor punch right there 👍
This is only for High Level Players!
NOT for beginners.... I am Rank 150 now. I can't even reach 20% of this build...
Came back to Fallout 76 for the first time since launch. Wasn't a fan of it then but I'm absolutely hooked now. Your videos are a huge help for noobs like me. If I'm not playing with friends I have one of your videos playing in the background instead of the radio😅. Just wanted to say thank you.
thank you :)
Do you even bother with your hunger/thirst meters then? No Overeater's armor?
Why enforcer shotguns ain't a heavy gun build
Why do we not put legendary points into Charisma?
Love it, looking forward to give it a go.
Still need union pa to drop funky
are you really picking that many locks?
I'm going union with a bloodied build using the legendary perk that gives extra fire protection, my friends wanted to get it too but since it's not possible anymore I was hoping to share some guides with them if it comes back.
How I set the bonus of power armor?
I just can't tolerate clanking around in power armor. Secret Service armor and Excavator PA reserved for mining.
I LOVE THAT BUILD 😍
This is very close to what I run normally but now I'm gunna swap out what's rads for sun-kissed n try that out cuz I just don't wanna deal with rads
