You are the first person who pointed out how powerful the Four Leaf Clover will be. I have 33 luck in my power armor build, and I am using a plasma caster with VATS hit chance. During the Eviction notice, when I am standing on top of the scrubber, I still have to shoot several times (like 3 to 6 times) for the Concentrated Fire to kick in to start hitting super mutant's heads when they are far away. With the new Four Leaf Clover every other shot will land no matter what. I can change the hit chance on my weapon for the crit damage and I will still hit more than now while dealing more damage. And with Starched Genes out of the luck I don't even have to sacrifice other perks to run it. This is a massive buff.
I wish everyone would stop screaming from the rooftops when Bethesda makes and update that causes a significant benefit for the people willing to find the benefit. Just a thought - you don't need headshots to in order to get the benefits of a kill. 1 point of damage gets you the same XP and drops as 1000 points of damage. I enjoy tagging with Area of Effect and minimal damage (especially to Legendary enemies) to give others a chance to hit them softly as well and then more people get the great XP and weapon drops. Please consider this during events that MINIMAL damage is often better for everyone else playing so they get a chance to hit the valuable targets too. Aiming for the body also gives a higher hit chance than the head, and typically a lower damage as well. Win win.

Wonderful stuck in the hospital on day one of the beginning of the season. Least I'll have misterchurches optimistic ranks of the new content 😅 keep me entertained that some I appreciate about yous misterchurch.
I love the reduced cost for the cards so I can adjust my build and take advantage of the extra space to use higher star cards or other ones all together.
As always, 1st, thanks for the vid and remarks! I like and approve most if not all the changes, my only worry is that the RES perk column now will be PACKED, maybe it even will have to be 15 RES all around! Regarding Pharmacist I think it's still good. Like most, I play with UNYIELDING armor, so I'm constantly within 70-80 hp. BUT, THERE ARE a few instances that I heal rads and hp so as not to be low health (because I know that I'll die soon and often then). These are: - Encryptid event, if I plan to be one (or more) of the conduits; maybe even not being the conduit but if you are careless enough to get the attention and be pursued by the boss, you might be in trouble with only 70-80hp; -in mutated events and daily ops where the mutation is one of the nasty ones: ricochet or armor-penetrating (don't remember the exact names): in these events, even with Serendipity, you may die soon and often being only 70-80 hp. So even using unyielding armor, in those instances I heal rads and hp (maybe only half, or total) and would slap Pharmacist and that charisma perk where stimpaks heal you faster.
I unmentioned nerf to Bloodied build is how auto stim cards and powers work. Currently as a bloodied build if an autostim goes off at 20% health it looks at the max. So if you have 500 hp and your radded down to 20% for bloodied it goes off all the time keeping you healthy. With the new patch it takes your rads into account so the same card would not trigger until you are at 20% of your health after rads so it triggers at 20hp instead of 100HP. Makes it really easy to get 1 shot before it can trigger. Also I'll be getting overweight from too many stim packs even faster.
@@ImperatorNocturneyes they nerfed the game again and my patience is running out , it's a case of nerf after nerf after nerf I just wish they showed as much energy into fixing all the bugs and glitches this game has .let's see how many new ' features' this game will have after today's update 😂
@@joemojoVR meh, Conductor 4th star is so broken it´s more broken then all nerfs combined. it basically grants infinite HP and AP, aslong as each shot takes less then what 5% of your AP is, which is pretty easy with some commando staples and the new heavy gun AP usage.
I feel like for the DR ER drop off need to be adjusted, if they did that bloodied wouldn’t have much a problem with these changes. Just with my SS armor I have like nearly 600 of each when the drop off is around 350-400 if I remember correctly. Maybe adjust it to 450-500 🤔

@@misterchurch666 didnt they uncap the charisma and made prices scale with it tho? despite lower value i think it might be a buff in the end (or at least the same)
Do we need to level up to discover these new perk cards, or are they just going to be available from the start of the update? Thanks for answering in advance .
Honestly I don't think this is that bad of a change. I'd like to see if serendipity is only effected by the weight and not the weight class of the armor. Weightless heavy sets may decrease the cool down time and make it manageable still.
I love the damage of bloodied but I hate the maintenance for it. I look forward to new builds cause I'm just a little gal who loves stealth sniper builds. Every Fallout I use the Chinese stealth armor but this game it's not ideal so I have to jump through so many hoops to get the playstyle and damage right. 😢
After the AutoAxe now they managed to nerf all stamps/gold hard-to-earn heavy armour plans :P Now we just need that still non-existing 4-star legendary mod that works just like Unyielding but for Endurance. Mandatory Legendary perk moved to Endurance and the new meta for non-PA armours could be Unyielding with the 2nd star as +2 Endurance, replacing whatever 2-star elemental damage resistance legendary mod.
bloodied builds are fine besides if your running bloodied why would you use unyielding when you could you overeaters and with iron stomach you'll be fine and honestly I tested it on the pts and its pretty much the same as it was plus serendipity had a chance to begin with so if your unlucky youd character would die anyhow
@christopherfarmer5824 better in which area special stats are nice but the reason overeaters power armor is better than bolstering is cause resistances have diminishing returns so how does that not apply to regular armor especially given you can't have emergency protocols and like u said with food buffs and using legendary perks also you can get overeaters armor with specific special stat boosts so its pointless maybe if your sneaking but thorn armor or covert scout makes it so unyielding isn't needed for that so your point doesn't make sense
I just want to point out that I think you missed the point of the rework to first-aid. They've made a huge effort in encouraging active team-based roles, including a team medic. It's true that a tank build won't directly benefit from that rework at all, however, a high-intelligence "support" build running first-aid and team medic, will be able to make much better use of this.
I have ran 4 out of 5 toons as a bloodied for the past 6 years and serendipity does help but it was already easy enough to die with all the armor and buffs. This certainly will not help. I guess they just want to make us run harder...
They want to make us all wear power armour and use heavy guns...the game has been moving in this direction for quite a while now....bullet shield will now deflect 200% damage in PA? What could possibly have led them to this decision?
Had I realized they were doing the park cards this differently, I wouldn't have wasted time tweaking my heavy build yesterday. I heard "rebalancing" not completely changing where cards are located too. Mildly annoying.
You’re point about pharmacist was actually so funny lmao because Bethesdas change doesn’t even make sense 😂 it will work best for bloody who won’t use it
I'm kinda a nich build player. I love using stealth with instigating weapons, so I'm not to sure if I need to care with this change. But I'm pretty exited for new stuff in f76!!
Adamantium Skeleton is a much bigger nerf to full health builds. Low health builds avoid damage so avoid limb damage. Full health builds that tank damage are the ones who get lots of limb damage (and broken armor).
I always run a high intelligence sneak build but not much really in endurance. Only slap points in that when I have any left over points Never bothered with for leaf clover but I think I might now. The lack of healing from the stim don't affect me due to the healing mutation I have and the effectiveness is reduced anyways. I will admit, them moving blood drinker to endurance was a good idea which means I don't have to invest do much in charisma. The super massive Nerf to lone wander hurts though. I hate interacting with people and purchased fo1st for a reason, now the one really useful card is getting nerfed. It's almost as if they are trying to force people to play with each other or something.
@@victorsoto4821 why are they changing our perk cards and making us redo all our builds 6 years after the game launched? They have no idea how to balance and will never stop this nonsense

Thank you so much for doing all the research for the new changes. I'm kind of gutted, I really like my multi build right now, because it allows me to use three different weapons most successfully and I'm not sure yet how these changes will affect it. Plus, after years of having to rework builds in ESO, I'm kind of over it, lol! 😂💗
the whole idea of a invincible meta builds that kills major bosses in just a couple hits.... I can't see the fun in that. If the game isn't a challenge what's the point. Is figuring out the build itself what players like that actually enjoy? That kinda makes it a puzzle game to me.
Most people are just too lazy to find their own solution to something, so they just copy whatever looks good. This is a problem of bad game design more than anything though. If one build is considerably preferred more than others, it just means the effort vs the reward is too skewed in its favor.
Born Survivor is also changing! It's going to look at 20% of your available health, not your total health. So bloodied builds will see this triggering less often.
Well…my build is completely ruined…guess I’ll be taking a break from the game for awhile, which sucks because Magic the Gathering really sucks right now too and I’m taking a break from that also 😂🤦🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️

Honestly. The bloodied build issue isn't exactly a problem for me. I'm doing a stealthy bloodied so I don't use power armor. 9/10 times I'm not getting shot at and I don't need unbreakable bones.
16:26 So if Serendipity reduces cooldown based on armor weight rather than armor type, does that mean if you use heavy armor, but with ultra-light weight build and the perk card Sturdy Frame (reduce armor weight) you get the perks of Ricoche for heavy armor and the bonuses of light armor for Serendipity and Evasive?
That's cool I just throw whatever if I unlock it mastered it out and have to use it you know go back and switch it up if I got to craft a weapons put back on what I need most of my stuff is cards to make everything I carry lighter now they give you a buff for the book bags you can make an extra large book bag instead of a standard or just a large book bag instead of a standard you know get the high capacity mod and then you can add the grocery or the pharmacist or the junk mod either one of them to add extra carry weight that would be nice 800

@@joeschmoe1994 I don’t think deflect currently has a cooldown (bullet shield and ricochet don’t say they do). I do know that evasion from evasive and serendipity share a cooldown unfortunately
In regards to the hunger and thirst removal for the new alcohol based one (the total opposite of what you said works for me), it's important to remember the Perfect Bubblegum, which not only puts your hunger and thirst at max, but I believe it also prevents it from going down for a while as well. I also disagree on First Aid, as a power armor health build is going to rely on intelligence to also fortify their heavy weapon uses, such as with miniguns and such. Also, if it's energy based (which works with Gauss Minigun and others) then intelligence is needed. I believe the first aid perk may be more oriented towards that power armor heavy weapon build. Also, how the hell do you have 4 star legendaries?
Yep. I run a full health overeaters build, and perfect gum means I don't have to carry anything food related other than perk buff food. It immediately fills your hunger and thirst meters and lasts about an hour.
@@peterclarke7006 Yeah, an INT power armor build is really good, especially with the auto grenade launcher for these updates. A total of 15/15 in perk cards being used. I don't recall the names, but basically demolitions 5, power armor 60% dura reduction/repair cost 3, auto weapon dura reduction 3, stabilized 3 (works with auto grenade launcher), and then first aid 1. That's a total of 15 so it keeps stimpaks up there. Thank You for a very informative and raw look at how the new perk card changes can be used, or effect current play styles. wonder how this will all look on my sneak / bow build
Wonderful stuck in the hospital on day one of the beginning of the season. Least I'll have misterchurches optimistic ranks of the new content 😅 keep me entertained that some I appreciate about yous misterchurch.
Hope everything is okay!
@misterchurch666 routine bone infection and toe removal my Indian name will now be "he who stands on 3 toes" but ty.
These are:
- Encryptid event, if I plan to be one (or more) of the conduits; maybe even not being the conduit but if you are careless enough to get the attention and be pursued by the boss, you might be in trouble with only 70-80hp;
-in mutated events and daily ops where the mutation is one of the nasty ones: ricochet or armor-penetrating (don't remember the exact names): in these events, even with Serendipity, you may die soon and often being only 70-80 hp.
So even using unyielding armor, in those instances I heal rads and hp (maybe only half, or total) and would slap Pharmacist and that charisma perk where stimpaks heal you faster.
I also think a lot of these debuffs were made to make sure that people didn't absolutely wreck shop with the raid bosses.

Maybe adjust it to 450-500 🤔
I'd say the change to Hard Bargain makes sense because some players use only 1 Charisma on their builds. If they wanted the full effect of Hard Bargain before, they would need to go to a punch card machine
@@Sepptum the old hard bargain was giving +9 charisma while bartering
@@misterchurch666 didnt they uncap the charisma and made prices scale with it tho? despite lower value i think it might be a buff in the end (or at least the same)

Do we need to level up to discover these new perk cards, or are they just going to be available from the start of the update? Thanks for answering in advance .
I wish they specified the soft caps on the perk info
Pharmacist will be handy for people that want to make a full health intelligence build. Lots of people make those already.
I like these changes, bloodied builds will actually be a glass cannon. High risk high reward instead of the broken OP almost zero risk it was before.
Honestly I don't think this is that bad of a change. I'd like to see if serendipity is only effected by the weight and not the weight class of the armor. Weightless heavy sets may decrease the cool down time and make it manageable still.
it's based on armor weight, not the weightless effect
@@misterchurch666 damn
Looking forward to these changes! 😮
Man guess I'm making the jump to power armor.
Happy that I leveled up over 100 levels over the double xp weekend.
have to see how it goes tomoro but i think my unarmed build has been ruined completely.
After the AutoAxe now they managed to nerf all stamps/gold hard-to-earn heavy armour plans :P
Now we just need that still non-existing 4-star legendary mod that works just like Unyielding but for Endurance.
Mandatory Legendary perk moved to Endurance and the new meta for non-PA armours could be Unyielding with the 2nd star as +2 Endurance, replacing whatever 2-star elemental damage resistance legendary mod.
my question is can you stack evasive and serendipity ? and will they have seperate cd's? very solid video btw short and simple.
@@diegogodet1889 I believe they share cooldowns, which is not good
Thanks for this breakdown. I definitely like some of the card switches which will hopefully make room for me to try some new cards.
bloodied builds are fine besides if your running bloodied why would you use unyielding when you could you overeaters and with iron stomach you'll be fine and honestly I tested it on the pts and its pretty much the same as it was plus serendipity had a chance to begin with so if your unlucky youd character would die anyhow
Unyielding is better when not in PA, however in PA overeaters is better than Balstaring for now.. with all the food buffs..
Just means we need to kill things faster.
They want to make us all wear power armour and use heavy guns...the game has been moving in this direction for quite a while now....bullet shield will now deflect 200% damage in PA? What could possibly have led them to this decision?
@@ratfink5631 bullet shield deflects 50% damage taken and, while in power armor, makes that damage deal 200% more to the target shooting you.
@@ratfink5631 dont get me wrong these nerfs will mostly likely make me quit 76 all together but that is the facts of the card
Had I realized they were doing the park cards this differently, I wouldn't have wasted time tweaking my heavy build yesterday. I heard "rebalancing" not completely changing where cards are located too. Mildly annoying.
You’re point about pharmacist was actually so funny lmao because Bethesdas change doesn’t even make sense 😂 it will work best for bloody who won’t use it
Theres something that buffs hunger outside of camps actually. Its called pemmican generator :p
You mentioned that Starched Genes went from 3 to a 1 at 3:27 but it's been moved from 2 to 1. Just thought I give you a heads up on that.
Only slap points in that when I have any left over points
Never bothered with for leaf clover but I think I might now.
I'm looking forward to Professional Drinker being a single point card. I'm always carrying booze for my character and he's almost always drunk lol
I've been running bloodied without serendipity this whole time at nearly level 600 🤣
Question how do you know the time in regards to armor weight?
Yeah. Everything is under Endurance and we don't have space to use all of the mission critical ones. I went back to FO4. I have had enough.

Dude, with how unbelievably busted Bloodied is compared to every other build, I'd say this rework was kind of deserved.
Thank you so much for doing all the research for the new changes. I'm kind of gutted, I really like my multi build right now, because it allows me to use three different weapons most successfully and I'm not sure yet how these changes will affect it. the whole idea of a invincible meta builds that kills major bosses in just a couple hits.... I can't see the fun in that. If the game isn't a challenge what's the point.
Is figuring out the build itself what players like that actually enjoy?
That kinda makes it a puzzle game to me.
@@conalohairt one of the reasons I’m excited about the update is figuring out how to min max my build after the changes
@@Augustine-xv5zj oof I wonder why they didn’t bother putting that in the patch notes oh wait lol I just remember who were talking about

Honestly. The bloodied build issue isn't exactly a problem for me. I'm doing a stealthy bloodied so I don't use power armor. 9/10 times I'm not getting shot at and I don't need unbreakable bones.
Not sure about 4 Leaf Clover. I dont like misses. Might be good for two shots that consistently miss.

Great breakdown, thanks for this video!
16:26 So if Serendipity reduces cooldown based on armor weight rather than armor type, does that mean if you use heavy armor, but with ultra-light weight build and the perk card Sturdy Frame (reduce armor weight) you get the perks of Ricoche for heavy armor and the bonuses of light armor for Serendipity and Evasive?
no, pretty sure armor weight is an internal name for armor class; Light, Medium, Heavy, PA
"Armor weight" = light, sturdy, heavy
@@BubbleOfDoom22 no, it’s just for the armor’s weight class, mods and legendary effects won’t change it
I use Professional Drinker so I can chug my way through alcohol weeklies without getting addicted. 😅
So serendipity and evasive doesn't work while over encumbered?
That's cool I just throw whatever if I unlock it mastered it out and have to use it you know go back and switch it up if I got to craft a weapons put back on what I need most of my stuff is cards to make everything I carry lighter now they give you a buff for the book bags you can make an extra large book bag instead of a standard or just a large book bag instead of a standard you know get the high capacity mod and then you can add the grocery or the pharmacist or the junk mod either one of them to add extra carry weight that would be nice 800
So.. Does Evasive and Serendipity activate... separately? Or do they operate off of each others cooldowns?
@@AzurePursuer they share a cooldown unfortunately

Does deflect have the cooldown or the perks? In other words, if you have 3 different perks using deflect, does that mean you have 3 different cooldowns?
@@joeschmoe1994 I don’t think deflect currently has a cooldown (bullet shield and ricochet don’t say they do). I do know that evasion from evasive and serendipity share a cooldown unfortunately
Scout armor is light armor, so it's probably going to be the best with serendipity
yeah, I'm guessing a lot more thorn and covert scout sets going forward, although there are no light sets with a jetpack
What’s gonna happened to the cards that are maxed out dropping to 1 stars are we getting perk points or pick a perks back
In regards to the hunger and thirst removal for the new alcohol based one (the total opposite of what you said works for me), it's important to remember the Perfect Bubblegum, which not only puts your hunger and thirst at max, but I believe it also prevents it from going down for a while as well.
If you've got damage reductions on, along with the durability reductions, then you'll murder everything and also have a chainsaw/auto-axe to take care of anything close, or just throw mines in front of you for minimal dmg and blowing up masses around you.
