I love this workout. I wish the modifications were cued a bit more clearly, but I used to be a fitness instructor myself, so I was able to modify as I went along. The stretches are good for my lower back, and besides that, it's a good balanced workout that hits all the muscle groups, and creates a longer, leaner feeling afterwards.
This is very good but unfortunately, ruined by the loud background noise (music). What a shame! I hope you will do another one without the background noise, or if you must, how about some beautiful classical music? Thank you.
