I didn't skip the whole exercise though it really hurts but I just close my eyes so I can't see the timer because the more you will look on the timer the more you will be tired of waiting. I’ve been doing all her arm exercises for nearly 4 MONTHS and just started doing this one for half a month consistently every single night but I noticed very insignificant differences. Like maximum 3cm down, even thou my arms really feel the burning effect. Someone pls tell me your honest results and how long it took u.
