Thank you for posting this video. I had the same problem with white flames but after cleaning as describe the flames burn correctly now. The only problem I have is the igniter, I'm not sure how to set it, I do get a spark though, Any advice would be appreciated.

Dont know if you guys cares but if you're stoned like me during the covid times then you can watch pretty much all of the new movies on InstaFlixxer. I've been streaming with my brother these days xD
@Dominik Magnus definitely, I've been watching on InstaFlixxer for years myself :)
How do you remove the side ignition nob? Because I can't remove mine? Thanks for your help guys.😊
Hi I have problem with the ignition unit top metal tag broken, so it is not held properly on to the metal plate and slipping, hence no ignition. How do I fix it apart from changing the unit. Help…
I had managed to hold it with tie rap at the bottom tag. Can’t reach top tag area.
my Canon Gas Miser fire is from the early 1970s!! It has 3 radiants, but, the middle one doesn't glow half as bright as the outside ones... i've given it a clean out as best I can, but, the long 'burner' doesn't look as if it can be removed, to wash, without disassembling the whole fire!!?... any idea what i can do with this middle, duller, radiant guys...
Hi what spanner size do I need to open nut to wash the unit please?
sorry cant remember size but you may can use an adjustable spanner
When I take the metal piece out to wash it under tap do I need to do anything with the gas ? Or am I okay to just unscrew wash dry and install again?
yeah you can just clean out and dry then install, obviously be careful with gas
Can I ask are you Gas Safe registered or being supervised by the former?
supervised
