You're so lucky to find a 3rd gen camaro with a 5 speed for 200 dollars. The rims are worth more than that. I am so envious. That will make a beautiful car with just a little tlc. Congrats on your find.

Hi Griff it’s been awhile since I’ve seen you. I’m so glad you’re back.
For 200.00 that was the steal of the century I love this car the wheels make it look nice 👍 looking forward to see more content from you this year. On your factory temperature gauge you probably be better off to get a mechanical temperature gauge for precise readings the tachometer may be grounded out the reason it’s pegged out and the aftermarket tachometer check the wiring to see if it’s wired correctly.
Again thank You for coming back to bring more videos. Wishing you a Blessed One Sir. Greetings from Silverstreet South Carolina.

I found my 84Z 4 hours away from me. Not a bad car at all. In decent shape for its age. Underside was clean as hell. I put a crap ton of new stuff in it when i got it but it wanted to go from the beginning. Once it was mechanically solid, I buffed it out and it shined up real nice. Now im working on asthetics like door and top seals. I like seeing these cars come back from the dead. Theres something nice about it.

Great camaro - it looked like it handled pretty nice out there (not like steering a ship). Big improvement on the paint. I second the motion on adding some seafoam, maybe drip some into the intake + add to gas tank. If you add seafoam to the oil you should change oil within a couple tanks of gas. Another cool car resurrected. Good to see you back. Jealous of your warm weather up here in 🇨🇦. Happy New Year.

I love the 3rd gen camaros, I've never owned one but my first car was a 78' Z28 , it had the tear drop induction hood and T-tops...it needed a little body work , it wasn't the prettiest thing but it wasn't a rolling rust bucket either...I had the fastest car at my high-school, I proved it wasnt luck or a fluke on multiple occasions...later on I had a 97' 30th anniversary edition

This is what i drove every day from 1995 to 2001, 5 speed V6, 2.8 liter MPFI, it screamed. It sold on Ebay when i liquidated it before moving to CA, just before 9/11, perfect timing. At one point I was having trouble with my battery and I had a 3 hour drive home, when on a business trip. When i went to get gas, I had to find a station with a slight downhill from the pump so i could bump start it, best ot just not shut it off in the first place. I dont remember it was 25 years ago. My wife never drove the thing cause she couldnt handle a manual. Turns out she could handle men just fine. Wish the car was here and not her.

A suggestion from a GM VAN NUYS AUTO WORKER Always drop tank and clean, and never run fuel out, these pumps need fuel to cool .After 675 camaros Pontiacs a night 8hrs for 10yrs. There is a coolant for temp for the OB1 and fans and engine Temps. Clean and flush engine new coolant, wiggle test sensors and check GROUNDS.

Okay I'm half way through this video and I'll watch the rest when I get back from getting my daught from school. I noticed how old this video is and I hope it isnt already too late but I see you are a bigger guy like myself. I own a 2002 camaro and just live the gen 3 Camaros also. You said you have never owned one before so to save your seats from tears and breaking, use the bottom of the door seal when you are getting out of the car. Most people dont and either use the steering wheel or the seat itself. Either they loosen the collum or they tear and break the seats quick. My 2002 has 95k miles and still looks in mint condition. Camaros are nice and great cars you just have to take a little extra care of them. I'll have to watch all the videos on this car for sure.
