    Thanks Tobias. My core is too weak to do that last exercise, i just couldn't pull myself up! Had to do a modified version instead :(

      Thank you and don't worry. The last one is tough especially after so many other exercises. Already great that you made it until the last one and if you repeat the workout a few times you will be able to finish it as well! Keep up the good work

    Hey nice video!
    Should I focus in some excersises to do it with more speed for example when I do the russian twist?

    • @ragilatmojo9289
      @ragilatmojo9289 4 года назад +1

      of course when i'm confident with the technique

    • @tobiaswadenka8435
      @tobiaswadenka8435  4 года назад +3

      No, try to do all the exercises in a and steady pace. Only exception are the explosives, that one you can do with a little bit more speed. By doing the exercises slower you will increase the time under tension for your muscles and by that have a higher training effect (and it will also be harder ;))

    Hi Tobias , for young athlete like me ( 13 yrs) better focus on Technique or physical ??
    Thanks

    • @tobiaswadenka8435
      @tobiaswadenka8435  4 года назад +3

      Defintly focus on technique! Physical training can give you quick results in the beginning but some physical aspects can be trained better when you are older. With technique it is the other way round, you can learn new skills a lot faster when you are younger and it gets harder to change or improve technical skills the older you get/the longer you play

      @@tobiaswadenka8435 whoa, thanks a lot, for the feedback, so my existing training is not wrong, my old coach told me to focus on Technique first, but till now still lose to player that have more power and faster than me, cause they already using some dumbell and heavy exercise and my coach told me, must patient, so I need another opinion, and your answer same with my coach ( very old coach)
      Once again thanks for feedback, cheers 🙏🙏
