    I had been doing wrong footwork all through my life, but I want to change now to proper footwork. Of course I practice these , but when I'm on a game , my bad footwork comes back... what to do ?

    • @RashedulIslam-tj4rh
      @RashedulIslam-tj4rh 4 месяца назад

      Accurate footwork is not come only few days. It's a long process. Now you want to adapt new footwork, so at first change your mind set up and continue too much practice new footwork. As long as possible do shadow footwork and practice footwork with shuttle and try to apply on practice game. For this reason at first you play practice game with normal player that means below your grade and before every single shot/stroke apply the new footwork slowly and day by day increase the footwork speed in every where. Hopefully you can improve and adapt new footwork. I ensure you maximum 3 month gradually you can adapt new footwork and will forget old footwork and will improve your game.
      Please remember, here mind set up is so much important. Thanks!

      @@dineshjayapuria6126 squats, calf raises, leg press machine, leg extension machine, hamstring curl machine, Romanian deadlifts, hip raises. There are lots more but I’d say these are the best. Don’t do all of them but you need to do at least one movement for each muscle group( quads, hamstrings and calves). Personally I do calf raises, squats, leg extension, romanian deadlifts and hip raises.

    • @aarushtripurneni7867

      Also if you have no access to a gym and want to workout from home then do squats, calf raises and hip raises but you’ll need to do a bit more volume
