I hope to be as good as you two someday!!

Waking up to this is so surreal, this is literally what i was thinking about. I recently overcame two plagues, one was my exams the other was a sickness. This recovery will be fun, thank you!

Hello from the Philippines! I've been learning unique badminton moves for 4 years and I'm planning to pursue my badminton career for the future representing my country and show the world how worthy I am to be a badminton player. In the future, I wish to make it to the big leagues. Currently, I'm a freshman in college and I'll be in my second year by fall and I'm planning to join a badminton varsity team in college. I hope learning home routines like this will work.

i’m a filipino who’s training to be as good as i can be as well! i’m someone who watches bwf regularly and it’s my dream to, if not be there myself, then to watch my fellow fiipinos square up against the awesome line of international badminton players. it’d be awesome to have more filipinos be interested in watching and inspired to play badminton by seeing representatives from our nation regularly perform well in international tournaments
i wish you well! keep training and improving, you can do it 💪💪

    • @CrystalClearWith8BE

@@amyseee, unfortunately, not many Filipinos made it to the BWF. It's rare to see a Filipino in a BWF tournament and the Philippines doesn't have a single BWF tournament at all. Also, not a single Filipino badminton player qualifies the Olympics. I have a dream when it comes to my badminton career which is what I said before. Also, I wish to be in the BWF and someday, if I want to make history, I wish to be the first Filipino badminton player to qualify for the Olympics. Otherwise, any other Filipino can. If that dream didn't happen, I'll pass that dream to my future children if I raise a family and I'll raise my future children as a new generation of badminton players. My dream in my personal experience of badminton is to promote badminton in the Philippines, expand a number of Filipino badminton players who will make it to the big leagues, and make that country a 5th powerhouse of badminton in South East Asia (other than Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore). I'm proposing a very first BWF tournament in the Philippines and I don't have any other ideas to find. Also, when I do that, it has to be in Metro Manila, but I can't use Ninoy Aquino Stadium, SM MoA Arena, nor Araneta Colliseum for the first BWF tournament in the Philippines because I thought those venues don't meet the standards or their owners will reject the idea. My only option is to build a new venue for that tournament and I'll have to find some huge hectares of land to purchase and I'm thinking of somewhere in Bay City in Pasay or Parañaque.

I got a whole program for injury prevention and mental-emotional realignment using specific bio-regenesis techniques.
The program is receiving massive updates starting this summer after so many years of stagnation..
The approach is quite different from what the athletes think about because it address a more profound level of health and implies a disconnect from the competitive mindset.
Everything that address the spiritual side of things is overlooked in western cultures but you can do so much once you get the knowledge back.
When you reach retirement years you realize the game is meant to support healthy life-style not the other way around.. but it's hard to not get obsessed with the sport of badminton.

Another brilliant video! I especially like the net practice using a towel on a table - that's fantastic! I'm hopeless at judging how much pace to put on the shuttle when doing net shots, and either put it in the net or nice and high for my opponent to smash it at me! Right, where's my towel (I'm clearly not a guy who really knows where his towel is (Douglas Adams reference there!)? 🙂
