I’m 13 and fairly new to climbing and this video is fantastic I had experience with ab workouts and couldn’t find any climbing related ab workouts that really burned. Thanks for the fantastic video! You guys deserve more subs
I appreciate the concept. Hard to find "core for climbers" videos. That said I was a little disappointed that the only difference between levels is the duration of each exercise. Respectful request to create more videos with varying exercises, no repetition between videos.
Here’s the workout typed out if anyone wants it! 60 seconds each Flutter Kicks Seated Twist Bridge w Leg Raises Oblique Dips (left side) Cross-body Mountain Climbers Plank Oblique Dips (right side) Body Arch Laying Leg Raise V-Sit
Great exercise set. I was a bit disappointed I guess that the advanced exercise set was the same as the intermediate just 60 sec of exercise with 10 sec of rest rather than 45 sec with 15 sec test. Obviously this makes it more difficult and these are a good set but I was wondering whether there were more difficult core to try rather that just increasing duration. Length isn’t necessarily increasing strength. You can do some of these with weight for example, the twist but holding a dumbbell.
Love this follow along training! One question to exercise 8: what should you focus on in the positioning of your midbody? Do you go into a posterior/anterior pelvic tilt?
You’re literally killing me through this workout. Thank you.
😆 you’re welcome! Hope it’s helping!

thank you for your lovely comment :) Glad you enjoyed the video/ workout!
It's been my go-to core workout for months now, went from intermediate to advanced, not going for the 2 reps just yet :D Thanks!!
Great job! Hope it is helping 👍
Just moved from intermiddeate to here. Always find it impressive that you filmed all three levels back to back without even breaking a sweat.
Thank you 😊 Glad your seeing improvements and finding the videos helpful 👍
I think she just filmed the advanced version and cut the video for the easier versions 😅
Definitely going to be doing this one. I've been looking for a harder routine, I was getting bored of mine. Thanks!!!
Hi Michali, glad you like it 👍
Sophie
Just did it the ~10th time, love it!
💪 Nice work! Hope it's helping and giving you some climbing gains too!

The last hollow position is killer
😆 yep, definite ‘game face’ time doing that last position!

Thanks 😊 aim for a posterior tilt to the pelvis - draw the tummy button in towards the spine for the full effect!
protip: watch at 2x speed
😂
Doing this most days and seeing real gains!! What are the tunes?
Hey, nice work! Daily advanced core 💪💪 we get our music from MusicBed - loads of awesome tunes on there for our videos :)
@@TheClimbingNomads Hi, thank you for the workout! I tried to find the first tune (found the other 2) but I couldn't...any help please
Is it just me or is this exactly the same workout as the intermediate one, just with 60 seconds instead of 45 seconds?
It is but that’s kinda the point it’s meant to be more of a slow progression I guess
