- This is a quick and effective 10 minute ab workout to help strengthen the abdominal muscles. Combining some of my favourites in 10 minutes, perfect as a finisher after any workout!
It is split into 3 main parts: lower, obliques and upper!
The timer will be on for 40 seconds each exercise with no specific rest, however simply take those few seconds to ensure you are in correct position!
All you will need for this workout is your mat!

Really focus on those tucks at the beginning, performing a posterior tilt!

Short and sweet and leaving plenty of time to go for a good brisk walk today. Thanks for taking care of my CORE, Caroline. I am putting this teeny session into my “short workouts” toolbox to pull out when I find myself “crunched for time” haha! I think its important to have a few of these. Thinking about you today - praying all your prep for whats up next is fruitful and enjoyable and I thank your supportive family for helping make this happen too. Was nice to watch your info vid last night and meet Winston and learn more about you. You are simply lovely, inside and out. You feel like the sort of person who (like my husband) would sacrifice “being first” in a race to pace with the stragglers and help them make it to the finish line too… the best sort of people in my book! You are helping all of us be the best we can be. Everlasting gratitude!

I’ve been doing most of the add-ons so this will be the fourth day in a row I’ll be training my abs! 👊🏼
Done! The side plank pulses were tough; had to pause a couple of times each side.
When I look in the mirror I can see that my abs are developing some pretty serious definition! Nearly a year of doing Caroline's workouts is paying off 😁💪🏼
Don’t train abs everyday, you might be preventing maximum muscle growth!
@@ZYZZ_WHEY I don't routinely train my abs every day; only this week because three of the official add-ons have been ab workouts. My abs have not felt excessively sore at any point; if they had I would have skipped one or more of the add-ons. I also took a complete rest day on Saturday.
The abs are more resilient to training than most of the other muscles so they can be trained more frequently. Many trainers have said that abs can be trained every day if desired. I'd actually be interested in hearing Caroline's take on this as she would be much more qualified to talk about it.

Simple yet very effective. Loved that low build up burn. Definitely as the moves progressed so did that ab burn. Definitely a nice addition to any workout routine.
