This is one of my personal favorites, though it’s been 3 years it’s absolute amazing and this is mine I’ll keep you all updated.. Day 1:✅ bit hard but gave it my all I really felt good(I’m am a 14 year old girl so plz don’t be to harsh) couldn’t wait Day 2:✅ easier only got 25 mins(I do 30 mins every day), also going to keep going Day 3:❌ I had soccer practice, going to do it twice tomorrow Day 4:✅ I did do it twice starting to see results!! Day 5:✅ my mom complemented me said i was getting stronger,it was the weekend so got a hour! Day 6:❌ had to go to a funeral(my grandma died), little unmotivated to continue but I pushed through Day 7: ✅did it twice again, felt good, definitely recommend I really hope this helps or motivates you to push through no matter what’s happening you got this😁😁😁!!
@@char142I feel like if you do this plus other exercises you will probably bothe gain strength but also lose a little weight. But all the weight you will have may be at the end of it muscle weight not body fat. This is another reason why doctors don’t look at bmi because sometimes it’s not entirely accurate. 😊
I feel like Caroline is turning into some type of guardian Angel 😅. Every time I need her workouts she is there 👌👌❤️❤️. I was looking at previous abs workouts we did during the epic program, and now here she is with a brand new one🤗🤗
I actually struggled with this one :^) I've been in the Army for almost 30yrs and have done A LOT of sit ups! I actually had to work for this one. THANKS!!!

(Monday, 18th Jan 2021) I decided I am going to do this work out first thing in the morning for at least one week! I still have troubles with some of the exercises (especially from the 2nd set) and I want to get strong enough to do them properly!🔥 +it’s a great 10 min work out that will surely help me wake up :D So I am writing this here for accountability Day1:✅ Day2:✅ Day3:✅ Day4:✅ Day5:✅ Today I woke up and I was pleasently surprised to see my abs quite more defined in the morning :o Not only that, but I wasn’t able to do a single hip lift on the 1st day. I was able to do 5 today!! (not all of 5 being super perfect but it’s still progress) After working out I had some healhty pancakes for breakfast! It was a beautiful morning, thanks Caroline🥰 Day6:✅ Day7:✅ Done!! :D It was great! I want to keep doing 10 mins work outs in the morning, they make me feel great ^^
Did this one with my husband today. He rarely works out, so this was a little difficult for him. It made me proud of the progress I've made the past 2 years because I remember feeling that way when I 1st started

This was an add on to COMPLEX series D3 and it was a great standalone workout too! I focused more on how each of the groups of exercises felt today and both my quality and quantity improved (though by very different measures). Thank you so much, Caroline!
The first time I did this workout, it was hard😩 I couldn't do some of the exercise well but now that I did it again I can feel a difference it got better than the first time. I'mma keep doing this till it gets very easy. I don't know who needs to hear this but it will be hard at first and you might not be able to do some of the exercise. Focus on getting the correct form of the workout it doesn't matter if you can't do it for 30 or 40 seconds but you did it, it's all about progress not perfection. I'm rooting for you 🤗👏
Great ab workout. I love how she explains the form at the beginning of her video. She doesn't rush through her movements, but has a steady and controlled movement.

She was the first youtube fitness instructor who introduced isolated hamstring moves to me. 😳 I read my old comments. Lol! I’m going to do day 3 core plus this abs in a bit. Just finished this.... so good to add after repeating day two earlier .Great format and as I said before so relaxing but the ABS do burn. After Shoulders, Chest and Arms today those side planks were just tough enough to push out. Thanks Caroline great little surprise 😀

Just did round 2 of Day 2 and then this workout. This went so fast! These complexes felt so short after the 20 minute ones😃. I loved this and will add it on to a lot of workouts I'm sure! Btw Caroline your outfit is awesome! Such a great color!

I can’t understand how that happened, after doing this workout for just 2 days I got abs! I mean I was already skinny and working out almost everyday but still it is pretty extraordinary 10/10 recommend

The thing is... this is meant as an after workout "finisher" while I use it as a full workout session..

Just did round 2 of Day 2 and then this workout. This went so fast! These complexes felt so short after the 20 minute ones😃. I loved this and will add it on to a lot of workouts I'm sure! Btw Caroline your outfit is awesome! Such a great color!

I can’t understand how that happened, after doing this workout for just 2 days I got abs! I mean I was already skinny and working out almost everyday but still it is pretty extraordinary 10/10 recommend
