Hello everyone!
If you wanting to tighten your lower abdominal area this video is a quick and effective 8 minute workout to follow along!
In order to strength your core and abdominal muscles you should include many different exercises such as full body movements, compound lifts and isolating exercises.
The exercises are as follows for 30 seconds of each continually. Once completed one round, a 30 second rest followed by round 2!

Reverse crunch
X leg lower
X leg lower
Single leg lower
Single leg lower
Toe taps
Leg opener
Please ensure you adapt this workout to your level as are all different! Simply bend at knee and don’t come down to floor as far to reduce difficulty.

The intro where she explains things is priceless, I had no idea that when my back lifted off the floor my lower abs weren't engaging anymore 🙈 it's helping me make sure my form is correct, I think a lot of fitness newbies will agree that we all know that we need to have the correct form but knowing what that is, is the real challenge for us 😂
Excellent Gabzii! Yes if you only go to that level where your back is on the mat then over time you will absolutely get lower! Whereas if you dropped legs right to mat and back constantly came off you will not work your abs and not progress! 💓💓💓💓

why is not possible for me to do any of these exercises without lifting my back up off the mat?
@@augustdreamingg practice just pressing your back into the floor to get the feel of it. Then incorporate your legs. Only lower to the point of your back raising. Then restart. Keep at it. You’ll get stronger each day 💪🏻

Love this lower abs workout! It focuses more and doesn't feel to straining since there are no crunches, yet I feel the burn on the right areas. Thank you for this.

First time working out with you - thx really good, esp. the emphasis on form. One small suggestion - maybe a beep at the end of each 30 sec change would help so we can avoid having to look up at the screen to check the countdown clock?

I really like how close up the camera is so we get a full view of how to better engage our core and lower back area. It reminded me to check my form and ensure my back was not lifting off the ground. Great video!

I've been following you Faithfully since September and this is the first time I did this particular workout .I loved your explanation at the beginning it was invaluable. Thank you for a awesome quick lower ab workout. I did epic one and now I'm doing epic 2 and when I have extra time I throw in your abs or stretching videos from your early days.

Loved the explanation in the begining and the quick cool down at the end! I admire how she does not make a separate video on cooling down exercises and just adds some at the end.

Hi Caroline. Thanks for your reply to my comment on your glute workout. I just did your lower ab workout here as a finisher at the end of a run. I really enjoyed it. The no rest format forces you to work through the burn which is always what I think abs need...but because you change exercises every 30 seconds the time goes past quickly. Your introductory comments are very helpful...very professional with hints on the exercises. I will definitely explore your workouts more...I think you have a great instructor style. I’ve been doing your 15 min Dumbbell Abs Workout everyday & I’m finding that it’s improving my strength & endurance for movements like these. I used to struggle with the Hollow exercises, or Leg Opener, but now I’m completing them no problem. This workout felt really good afterwards...I actually found the Single Leg Lower to be challenging, especially after switching to the other leg. Thanks💛

Could you do workouts that are diastasis recti safe pls. Still a good sweaty workout though. Nothing too easy. I love a good challenge 😁👍🏾

These are my daily workouts and I always do HIIT Sunday morning!! And a 1 hour full body every Friday! I change it up during the week so could be core or triceps etc! I hope you find lots of fun, challenge yourself and grow stronger!
