Hello, it depends on the engine size, v6 takes 6 plugs. I recommend NGK iridium spark plugs. You can get them from autozone. If your ml350 is v8 then 8 plugs

How many sparks plugs does the 2015 ml350 take and which do you recommend ?
I have a 2014 ML350. it has six sparkplugs and the part number is A0041598103. You can get six Mercedes OEM plugs for about ~$100 on ebay.

This is fraud, because you never showed how to get to #6. That is not a complete job
