Hey, my car has the same symptoms as yours. Did you figure out what the issue was?

Sorry just saw your message, there are several symptoms associated with ignition switch. Crank and no start can be one of them. However additional testing is required to rule out that it is indeed the switch. Start by checking to see things like window s if they operate when the switch is on on position. Scan for codes to see if any codes are present. Also check to see all lights on the dash comes on when the key is on on position. Go to all datadiy and look up the wiring diagram to the ignition switch and go to your fuse box and test the ends of those wires that are supposed to be fed by the ignition switch to see if they receive power when the switch is on. If they dont, remove the steering cover to access the switch connector. Using a long electric wires, to extend your volt metere probes, test each end of the wire from the switch end to the fuse box end to make sure there is good continuity in the wire that come from the on circuit of the switch. If there is, then the switch is bad. If they don't you have a bad switch. Mine was a no crank no start

I have a 2014 ML350. it has six sparkplugs and the part number is A0041598103. You can get six Mercedes OEM plugs for about ~$100 on ebay.

Hello, it depends on the engine size, v6 takes 6 plugs. I recommend NGK iridium spark plugs. You can get them from autozone. If your ml350 is v8 then 8 plugs

On the 2015 benz c300 2.0l 4matic there in no need to drain anything. Its a straightforward job, just remove the negative battery cable, lower splush shield covers and remove to mounting bolts and two terminal bolts. 40 minutes job. On some engine versions you might need to remove. If your starter is located on the right side of the car, you might need to remove the turbo charger components as well
