For anyone wondering this is incorrect for a W205 hybrid. The starter motor is located on the passenger side roughly below the passenger seat area where the engine meets the transmission.

Is it a hard job on a hybrid model, do you have to program it in or not?
      Thanks!

Is there any requirement (for any car) to remove (drain) coolant before removing starter to repair it. I saw the mechanic do this to my car (Renault KWID). Is this only a stunt to grab more money from me or is it normal.

On the 2015 benz c300 2.0l 4matic there in no need to drain anything. Its a straightforward job, just remove the negative battery cable, lower splush shield covers and remove to mounting bolts and two terminal bolts. 40 minutes job. On some engine versions you might need to remove. If your starter is located on the right side of the car, you might need to remove the turbo charger components as well
