Nope, in this video, we walk you through a park model RV from Phoenix Building Solutions in Greenville, Alabama. Phoenix is a newer manufacturer of tiny house and tiny home RV park models. They are working on their HUD certification as well.
This video highlights their Hunter 1.0 model. Features include two bedrooms, two baths and two lofts! Since manufacturing this home, they have made a few stylistic changes and are now pricing this specific home at a special clearance price (S/N 20).

This is a lot of nice house for a very good price, and you've done an excellent job of showing it. Your use of the electronic tape measure, and honest, detailed presentation of the dimensions for a queen size bed placement are really appreciated. That's the complete opposite of what Mr. Shorty in Tennessee does. He never uses a tape measure because he knows that his misrepresentations (lies?) about dimensions would be exposed, especially when it comes to queen size beds. He always trying to put 10 pounds of sh*t in a 5 pound bag, and expects nobody to notice.
Just my opinion, but I think that most folks would settle for 1 and half baths in this size house, and use one the shower areas for a closet. The nice thing about this house is that there's lots of flexibility about how to utilize space, as you'vs said.
Yes the intent of the house is in its name - the Hunter - so two big ole' burly guys could stay on opposite sides of the house without getting in each others' way! However, it works well as a tiny home for two or three with that second bath and bed. Lots of flexibility.
One big difference here - we aren't sales agents for any homes we show. We just tour them and show them. I would definitely need stair access to at least one of the lofts, and they also recognize that need.Two solutions, with many examples on YT: Folding stairs that collapse again the wall when not in use, or a counter weighted stair that lifts up out of the way when not in use. A circular staircase would also work if you were willing to sacrifice space in the great room. You're only going up about 6.5 feet, so the stairs don't need to be as long as stairs in a regular house.
Yes that's why this is a "1.0". Newer design will have some better options for loft access. Perhaps a library ladder, folding stairs, or some other creative idea.

This has an ideal layout plus 2 bathrooms i definitely would love to live in this one however need a different way ( stairs) to reach those lofts on both sides... i still believe this tiny home is one of the best❤
We agree. Their next version of this model plans to address the loft ladder / stair issue.
I like how this tiny home is wider than most others. Makes a big difference for how it feels. The kitchen doesn't have any prep/countertop space though. I'd rather have only 1 bedroom in that space.
It's designed for the 2/2/2 and more of a "hunter" cabin, so a bunch of dudes in the woods would likely be warming up soup or cooking on a grill outside, not prepping a full meal. But yes, for everyday living, more counter space would be nice. With the room in the main room, you could utilize a rolling island with a butcherblock top too.
@@50pluslife360 I cook, so would need more counter/food prep too. I'd knock out that thick wall between the kitchen sink and w/d area, extend the kitchen counter into the w/d area, and put all-in-one combo w/d under the newly-created counter space. Now you have as much kitchen as you'd find in many regular sized houses. Heck, my townhouse kitchen isn't as big and nice as this one with that change.

Thank you! I wasn't super happy with the short cut since it was so much maintenance, so while it's growing out a bit more, I'm trying a few wigs here and there! Mr. Chubby isn't the biggest fan of short hair either...but I can't imagine being 80 someday with long hair.

@@50pluslife360 I'm 73 and have been silver since 50. I wear it in a long pixie now. But, yes, short means constant upkeep or it goes all wonky. lol. I have also done some wigs as well. Great for winter. Is is a hat or is it a wig. Yours is so thick. Mine has thinned. I tell people my Mom left me her hair when she died and that would make her laugh. You two are a hoot and I mean that in the best possible way. We all need laughter these days. Just keep doing what you are doing. That is what my Dr. office tells me when when I go in and they want to weigh me now. I just tell them I am a size 10 and at my age that is good enough for me. Any lower and I would look like a dead old lady instead of a live one. lol. Take care, Sweetheart!

The newer designs of this model is planned to address the ladder issue amd possibly add some stairs.

Wow. They sell homes that you pick options and colors for. All you have to do is email or call them. That information is on their website. They can give you base prices plus options. Guess that's too hard, maybe? At least they don't advertise a $25k tuna can, sell it to you, then run a special the next day on RUclips for $20k and not give you the special price because you bought yesterday. This one in the video is on clearance and the price is listed within the video if you watch more than 6 minutes.
I find you negative. Why do this if you need to be so negative when you describ the home.

Maybe ITH or someone else is more to your liking and you don’t have to find us at all if you don’t want to. Maybe you are new to our community and haven’t watched many of our videos. Some comments we make are tongue in cheek to our long time viewers. Not that we don’t have some videos that have a negative tone to them because we expose stupidity in the industry. Nothing here was stupid. The home was amazing, the company is open and honest and it’s a great price. We appreciate you watching nonetheless!
