I find these videos of people renovating these old brick farmhouses fascinating as we don’t have anything like them anywhere near me. It’s also always fascinating to see the different building materials and how things are done in different countries.
The good thing about ruined stone places is the materials are all gathered there. Its a tremendous amount of work to gather stone enuf for a building. Nice flat stones.
A lot of wonderful skills were shown in this program - impressive. The pressure extrusion of mortar was the best; they couldn't use it everywhere, but what an advancement.
