Angus, the lead guitarist, was a teenage schoolboy when he formed the band, often turning up for practice in his high school uniform straight after school. He kept it as his signature outfit to this day.
Definitely agree. You should also check out TnT, Highway to Hell, and Dirty deeds done dirt cheap or my favorite if I have one It's a long way to the top of you want to Rock n Roll with their original lead singer Bonn Scott.
The Young family put Australian rock on the map. Not just talking about Angus and Malcolm from AC/DC but their brother George from The Easybeats, who were Australia's first internationally successful rock band.
Angus Young dancing across the stage is one of the most iconic scenes . Also one of the most iconic guitarists in the past 50 ish years. Welcome to the land of AC/DC lol definientley check out AC/DC's old stuff with Bon scott as the singer.
Some greats songs:Back In Black,It's A Long Way To The Top(If You Wanna Rock N Roll),Big Gun,Whole Lotta Rosie,Moneytalks,T.N.T,Jailbreak,Highway To Hell,Hard As A Rock,Stiff Upper Lip,That's The Way I Wanna Rock N Roll),Are You Ready,Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap 🤘🤘
The guitarist up front is Angus Young. He is literally famous for exactly that - unlimited energy and nonstop movement across the stage. He does it for several hours straight at their concerts. He's the fan favorite of AC/DC for that very reason. It's incredible.
You cant go wrong with anything AC/DC. Enjoying your reacts. I binge watched and subscribed last night and looking forward to watching many more. Hope you guys have a wonderful Christmas.
Here is a list that you should try (in any order): -Let There be Rock - official video or Live at Apollo Theatre - (with Bon) -Whole Lotta Rosie (Live at River Plate) - (With Brian) -TNT (Live at River Plate) - (with Brian) -Riff Raff Live at Apollo Theatre - (with Bon) - The Jack Live at River Plate - (with Brian) - Its a Long Way to The Top (If you wanna Rock n Roll) - (with Bon) - Thunderstruck - Live at River Plate or Donington - (with Brian) -For Thouse About to Rock - Live at River Plate (is The Last song from the concert)
Back In Black was the first song after Lead singer Bon Scott died...Brian was totally accepted after the debut of Black.listen to Bon and see who's leads voice you prefer🤟🤘
I saw them in 1978 at a Rock Super Bowl in Florida and they opened for Boston and Poco! They blew me away!!! First time I saw someone go down into the crowd and play the guitar! Fire!
Angus Young starts and ends this playing his guitar one handed. His school uniform is a nod to how he started playing age 16, in his real school uniform.
Angus Young definitely one of the if not the highest energy guitarist in history. Most guitar players stand still when they are playing. I think Angus might mess up if he were to stand still. He's constantly moving and running around and spinning in circles on the floor. All and never missing a note. Truly extra ordinary. And He's only 5ft 2in tall.
Go to AC/DC Live at River Plate Start with the "cartoon version of Angus..The start of the showRunaway train,, crashes through the stage and the crowd go NUTS!!!! just watch the whole show and pick your favorite.. AC/DC live in Munich2001,,, The 1st show i worked was the 1996 Liveat "Plaza De Toros De Las Ventas{I recommend this concert,, the crowd singing along was CRAZY!!
I love the way some days with you feels like you are pulling gems from my own record collection . It's a blast to see you hear it for the first time(like we used to share new music with friends way before computers happened.) It's a joy to see. Thank you.
I was in 9th grade when this came out. My metalhead friends and I were headbanging to it at a school dance and a huge group of football players surrounded us. We braced ourselves for a fight. Turns out they wanted to pay us to teach them to headbang! We "taught" them for free and made some friends that night!!!
Fast forward about 15 yrs.. check out AC/DC Live at River Plate 2009 .... spoiler alert,, 200,000 people there 60,000 on the floor alone. the craziest tour I worked.. 3 days here and the crowd was INSANE!!!!
THEE, DUCK WALK.by Angus Young. From CHUCK BERRY. Our teacher asked us to choose what star we wanted to be to be interviewed by in class. I chose CHUCK BERRY. I did great A+💪
TNT is another good one, ACDC is a group that just shows what a concert is , its called fun, this is what a concert is , when you all sing and get into the music.
Angus would play and headbang till he would pass out, get up and do it again. I've never seen him play when he wasn't doing some head-banging. lol Love your reaction.
Keep in mind that Angus (Young) the lead guitarist is 66 and STILL moves, hops and skips around the stage like this to this very day !! I’m 53 and have problems climbing 17 steps to my apartment. lol ✌️
When listening to ACDC don't start off by the River Plate show. In Argentina the famous sport is ⚽. And that stadium gets like that for any band playing there. But when ⚽ is played there , it fills up 10 times more. And I'm a River Plate ⚽ fan. It's my home team.
AC/DC is a bomb band and they had phenomenal success with Brian Johnson, the lead singer here and with their original lead singer Bon Scott who died in the very early ‘80’s. Not many bands can have so much success after losing their main front man. I originally started listening to them in the Bon Scott years so that music holds a special place in my heart, you should try Let there be rock, dirty deeds, It’s a long way to the top, and for a laugh try Big Balls, gotta love all the double entendre in that song
Bon Scott was the original lead singer for 6 years. After he past away the band considered breaking up but they knew Bon would want them to go on. With big shoes to fill, Brian Johnson took over as lead for the next 36 years. Angus Young is a phenomenal guitarist known for his ripping solos, wearing a school boy outfit, & "duck walk". Everyone loves Angus. AC/DC is one of the most beloved bands ever - consistently in the top 10. The rabbit hole is deep with fun, catchy rock songs. Here's my favs: 🌟You Shook Me All Night Long (Offical Video 235M) 🌟Highway To Hell (River Plate) 🌟T.N.T. (River Plate) 🌟Back In Black (Offical Video) 🌟Whole Lotta Rosie (River Plate) 🌟Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap (River Plate) 🌟Hells Bells (Live at Donnington) 🌟Let There Be Rock (Apollo)
OK guys, now listen to 2CELLOS version of Thunderstruck played on cellos. I really think you'll love it. Also check out their version of Highway To Hell. You will be amazed, I promise you!
Angus has been doing the duckwalk, the headbanging and the facial especially since pretty much the beginning of the band which I believe was 1973. You should look at the live 1976 performance of AC/DC - It's a long way to the top if you wanna rock n roll. Angus was 21 I believe.
Angus, the lead guitarist, was a teenage schoolboy when he formed the band, often turning up for practice in his high school uniform straight after school. He kept it as his signature outfit to this day.
He never expected to be 65 years old and still wearing it tho.......
Actually his brother Malcolm formed the band and asked his little brother to join
One of best live bands ever, they sell out stadiums constantly. You should react to their songs Back In Black and Hell’s Bells
*they used to
@@413. Goes without saying
@@scottcrosby-art5490 i stand corrected... I just googled it and apparently they have an upcoming gig in paris .. my bad 😅

Also Higway to Hell from that same concert is great
@Cisco Silva - everything at River Platte is insane.
Live at Donnington
Gen Z experience the thrill and talent of Angus Young for the first time after years of listening only to hip hop and rap. Never gets old
The Young family put Australian rock on the map. Not just talking about Angus and Malcolm from AC/DC but their brother George from The Easybeats, who were Australia's first internationally successful rock band.
Thunderstruck is one of, if not, the best concert music video's that I've ever seen.
Yes, the movement across the stage is called the duck walk. It became famous when Chuck Berry busted that move out in his stage performance.
TNT, Shoot to thrill, Highway to hell, Hells Bells, Whole lotta Rosie, and that is just to start.
Angus Young dancing across the stage is one of the most iconic scenes . Also one of the most iconic guitarists in the past 50 ish years. Welcome to the land of AC/DC lol definientley check out AC/DC's old stuff with Bon scott as the singer.

He got that duck walk thing from chuck berry. Chuck berry used to do it all the time
The concerte in riverplate registered on the earthquake scale... Over 300,000 jumping at the same time..
The guitarist up front is Angus Young. He is literally famous for exactly that - unlimited energy and nonstop movement across the stage. He does it for several hours straight at their concerts. He's the fan favorite of AC/DC for that very reason. It's incredible.

Back in Black is the best AC/DC song ever....
Angus the "hype man" as you called it haha. Seen ACDC live in Glasgow and Angus did a 10 minute solo to give the rest of the band a break.. was crazy!
So glad you guys got headphones!

@@kgunitkeese17 I personaly prefer The version Live with Bon, Angus is amazing in The Apollo Version
Angus's chicken walk was an homage to Chuck Berry, who was his guitar idol.

If only I could listen to the ac dc catalog for the first time all over again.. my whole life has been an ac dc soundtrack lol.

They also had the glass floor for the tour. They filmed the "underneath" angle during their Donington live film
I’ve been lucky enough to see their band so many times always a great show! Chuck Berry stated all the moves with guitar back in the day !
Celtic/Scottish/Aussie/Stompin' KICK ASS NO HOLDS BARRED BLESSED RAWK!!!!!!!!!!!
