For real, the dude is a fricking perpetual motion machine, saw them during their Stiff Upper Lip tour and even though Angus wasn't exactly a spring chicken anymore at the time the guy didn't stand still for more than a minute or two through the whole 2 hour gig... Amazing to see, what I remember very vividly was that at the tail end of the gig when the screens showed a close up of Angus headbanging there was a steady stream of sweat flying from his hair. The gig is one of my most cherished childhood memories, I'm so happy that I got to see them when they were still all in top form, while maybe not in their prime anymore still in good shape and with the decades of experience in putting up amazing shows delivered an experience I doubt anyone in the audience will ever forget.
I used to do security at gigs in London back in the early 80's. When AC/DC played at the Hammersmith Odeon the outer doors of the building going out onto the street would 'pulse' about 3-4 inches in time with the music from the amount of air being moved by the huge banks of speakers! It was so funny when, at the end of the gig, some of the crowd who were near the stage came out looking like they'd been in a fight with Mike Tyson.
I can. Lol. When I compare this to older stuff from them I get sad. Doesn’t even compare to the old stuff. This song is so simple and repetitive. Simplistic lyrics. Far from their best. Not even close.

Today, their original drummer (Phil Rudd) is back with the group, so original members Angus, Cliff and Phil are part of the group. The singer here is Brian Johnson. He replaced Bon Scott (original singer) who is the singer on "Highway to Hell" which you said "Hey, is this the singer on...". Bon Scott died in 1979 after a night of heavy partying/drinking (he passed out, then choked on his on vomit). In 1980, about 5 months after Bon's death, they released the album "Back in Black", which was their first album with Brian as lead singer, and he's been their singer ever since. AC/DC are an Australian Band with Brian Johnson the lead singer when performed with Angus Young in school uniform and his brother Malcolm playing the other guitar but not sure of the drummer. Enjoy.

I believe when they were starting out in Sydney Australia back in the seventies, their sister had a sewing machine with an electrical plaque on the back that gave the power rating in volts and said AC/DC on it.
According to a documentary about the band that's where Angus quoted the band name originated.
RIP Malcolm Young who passed away a few years back from early onset Alzheimers. A thoroughly decent guy and gentleman according to those that knew him.

AC/DC means alternating current/direct current. They came with the name when Malcom Young saw it on his sisters hair dryer. Some say sewing machine, but either way, that’s where the name came from. As far as Highway to Hell, the original was sung by the late Bon Scott. Brian Johnson, singer of Thunderstruck took over after Scotts death. Great reaction to a great son. Must be seen live!

Angus Young is the guitarist and is considered a Rock God. Brian Young is singing. Angus brother is the other guitarist. I don't know the drummers name. phenomenal
Angus Young (lead guitar), Cliff Williams (Bass) are original members. This video featured a "temporary" drummer, Chris Slade. Today, their original drummer (Phil Rudd) is back with the group, so original members Angus, Cliff and Phil are part of the group. The singer here is Brian Johnson. He replaced Bon Scott (original singer) who is the singer on "Highway to Hell" which you said "Hey, is this the singer on...". Bon Scott died in 1979 after a night of heavy partying/drinking (he passed out, then choked on his on vomit). In 1980, about 5 months after Bon's death, they released the album "Back in Black", which was their first album with Brian as lead singer, and he's been their singer ever since. Watching you guys "get into" music I grew up with was great, as I STILL love AC/DC. Check out all their previous singles...I'm pretty sure you'll include them among your favorites. Definitely review "You Shook Me All Night Long" (there are 2 videos for this song...one with them just playing on stage, but the BETTER video "tells a story" and is so much more fun to watch). Live in Paris I think it's called. Bonn Scott was the singer till 1979 and met a tragic death. If you love this you will also love the older stuff. I think they formed the band in 1973
