I am from Brazil and I always watch your videos, my father is a truck driver in Brazil and we are following the refurbishment of his international truck, we do not understand English, but even so we watch, the truck his truck is getting amazing.
I bought a 1/4" craftsman corded drill in 1976. I still occasionally pull it out of retirement and it still works fine. I've never replaced the brushes or had to replace the cord. An oldie, but a goodie, so you dragging out your 40 year old corded drill Bruce brought back memories of me and my oldest son building his sandbox and other projects using the craftsman.

Yeah I always look at it as financial decision that I could put that money into high yielding investments like stocks to make money on my money many times over. $10k invested today will be worth a lot of money 20 years from now. LOL
You rock keep it up I am a 50 yr old machinist that started a a special needs bus driver for our school district then went on to drive tandems and rigs me and my wife were both volunteer fire man and EMTs for years so you go your living my life I can't do it anymore so seeing you makes me happy

I was thinking the same thing. I would think when it rains or during washing it could get in there and rot out those holes. Just to be safe I would absolutely fill all those with some silicon
Agree the water will penetrate the rubber seals with no silicone guaranteed.

Them old drills are badass and tough. I still use my Papa's old Black and Decker because it won't die. I ain't never had anything that made it stop before. Concrete, brick, trees, truck frame, sheet metal. Ain't dead yet and 30 years old.

My grandpa had an International cab-over like that when I was a kid. Brings back fond memories of me "helping" him work on it and sitting in it pretending I was trucking down the road! LOL

Excellent work! Those chrome roof wings with the marker lights on the sides would go nice with the stacks/visor combo.
The lights look so much better then the old ones. I love the visor that thing is super shiny and that mirror finish is amazing!! The stacks look awesome!! But the antenna I was laughing when I saw it!! The truck is look a lot better!!

The visor actually looks cool. There are several styles out there...some wouldn’t look good on a cabover, but you chose well.🤩 Don’t forget to seal the holes. As I said before...when it’s all done, get an eve shot of the truck just sitting there with the lights on...a White Line Fever moment. The bling will just reflect the mood lighting like crazy! Words won’t describe that moment! Really! 😍
Hello Bruce I apologize for being absent for a while had no phone plus being working on my car a 2000 dodge neon. Had to replace the starter the ignition switch and driver side front breaks. You have done amazing work to the semi can’t wait for the finished product. Keep up the good work. My car project is done I’m in over my head lol

I’m telling you brotha, any Grover airhorn product would be great on that truck. I’d recommend the 1601 model, but any Grover product is great.

James O'Connell Grover products are pretty much the standard airhorns that international, Kenworth, freighiner and Peterbilt come equipped with. I personally love them but opinions will vary. Now he’s getting train horns that’s a different story, but I’m talking about to replace the one on top of the cab. I’d recommend Grover.
Bruce, that drop visor is so FIRE!!!!!!!!!! I love how the truck is coming along. And for the clearance lights on top of the cab, replace them all like you did the end one. Give it a uniformed look with all the lights being brand new. I can't wait for the engine rebuild, and don't forget those raincaps please. Still watching and I'm crazy psyched about it all coming together. Keep up the good work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When you take the visor off to get it wrapped paint the back side of the visor flat black. Can mask off design you wanna see but the cab light reflection will be super bright without the majority of it covered

Use #0000 steel wool to clean your window glass, can also be used on chrome.

000 steel wool clean the overspray off windshield. Cleans off the chrome before polishing also. Use some fuel or vacuum line as a stop on your drill bits.

When you slide The headache rack forward make sure to put your cab at tilt point so when you do Jack your cab up your not smashing your exhaust pipes Just something I learned from experience witch you probably already did know

Very cool, the windshield wipers need to be realigned I see. Passenger side is saggin.
Also consider air ride front axel. Alot of people want to learn how to bag and drop the front. It also looks badass.
